Although Piazza Hyundai is not very convenient to my house, I prefer getting my service here because they complete the service in the time they say they will, and they offer coupons on many of the services. more

In addition to my regular oil change, I had to get a viscous coulping for the 4 wheel drive system, changed for the second time in 2 years. This is not due to a problem with your service guys. They have been terrific in finding the problem & correcting it. After picking the SUV up, I asked the service advisor to verify that this part is covered under the 10 year/100000 mile warranty. Upon checking, it is. I would greatly appreciate a written verification of this, in the event I experience a problem with this same part, that it is covered under the 10 year/100000 mile warranty. more

Brought my car in to get checked out because I was told there was something from by another mechanic. Piazza Hyundai checked out not only the issue I was having, but also the rest of the car, washed it and even provided a car service back to my work while it was being looked at. Everyone who worked there was extremely helpful and polite. Total cost was extremely fair and sealed the deal for me bringing my car back. more

I was dealing with Savage Hyundai for the longest time until they stopped treating me with respect. They gave up on trying to fix my car (still under warranty). I truly felt that just because I am a girl I didn't know what I was talking about. Thankfully I meet Rick Stubblebine from Piazza and he restored faith that my car could be fixed. The next day he had a brand new loaner car for me and took my car in to the shop. Within hours I had a phone call saying that they found the issue and that it will be taken care of. I was relieved, because for the past 3 years Savage couldn't fix it. My car has never driven so well. I would highly recommend Piazza Hyundai to anyone looking for a new car and wonderful customer service!! Thank you Rick!! more

I had taken my vehicles to my local chain for years. However, in recent visits the quality of work had been progressivly declining. One visit I was charged for a service they could not complete after three days and they suggested I try the dealership. After 13 years of two cars I was billed $106.00, three days without my car and still had the issue. I tried Piazza. I met the service advisors who talked to me about everything. I met the mechanic who explained everything in more detail and didn't try to baffle me with techno-babble. when it was completed, it was done correctly and the car drives like it did 10 years ago when it was new. I fell comfortable again with my wife driving to work on the turnpike. And for everyone considering the price, i found the hourly rate to be the same as the local franchise, actually $1 less! And I've learned for Hyundai factory recommended parts do make a difference more

My 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited sustained a flat tire from a pothole. When I called Hyundai Assuarance they said they would send a tow truck out. (Elantras do not come equiped with a spare tire, something I will never do again). It took 2 hours from a tow truck to get to me on a day that was not busy and only 5 miles from the dealership. The tow truck guy dropped the car at the dealership and failed to inform them. When my husband and I showed up 10 minutes after the tow truck and asked if Piazza had the car they told me they didn't know anything about it. I asked for help locating my car and was told they couldn't help me. They told me they "Weren't Hyundai". To which my husband ask them "Really cause you are sitting in a buidling that has Hyundai all over it and your shirts say Hyundai but your not Hyundai." There response was "That's correct". So basically you don't stand behind the protect that you are selling. I had to call Hyundai Assurance again on my own and that's when we realized that the tow truck driver contracted by Hyundai abandoned my vehicle at the dealership without telling anyone there that they had dropped it off. After that I was told they would have to order a wheel as the wheel had been damaged in the incident and that would be a couple of days. They refused to give me a loaner because it was going to snow the next day. This happened on 2/13/14. As of Saturday 2/22/14 I am the happy new owner of Toyota Rav 4. I will never buy a Hyundai again. I will never use any of the Piazza Dealerships (We have a Honda Pilot we bought from them) and I will advise everyone I know to stay away from both. more

I purchased my Hyundai Elantra at Piazza and just had my first oil change there. The staff of Piazza Hyundai continues to impress me with their courtesy. When I first bought the car, the sales woman was professional, respectful, not pushy and helped my find exactly what I wanted. The grounds are very well-kept and there is a general sense of orderliness throughout the place. My service experience was the same. My appointment began on time, my service person was exceptionally kind and courteous and the waiting room was clean and orderly.
