I was dealing with Savage Hyundai for the longest time until they stopped treating me with respect. They gave up on trying to fix my car (still under warranty). I truly felt that just because I am a girl I didn't know what I was talking about. Thankfully I meet Rick Stubblebine from Piazza and he restored faith that my car could be fixed. The next day he had a brand new loaner car for me and took my car in to the shop. Within hours I had a phone call saying that they found the issue and that it will be taken care of. I was relieved, because for the past 3 years Savage couldn't fix it. My car has never driven so well.
