they're busy so I had to wait a couple days for them to squeeze me in but they did squeeze me in. Car dealerships are often intimidating experiences. this place is not. I like them more

Customer Service Has Converted Me 9/30/2013

Everyone has stories of pushy car salesmen and sub-par customer service. My experience while shopping for a new car at Piazza Hyundai has made me a believer in the brand and this dealership. My sales consultant, David Janiszewiski was very detailed and patient with me. He made sure I got the car I wanted and not just the car that fit in my budget. more

My most recent visit involved a battery that needed to be jump-started. I arrived at the service department without an appointment to have the battery checked and replaced if needed. The service I received was excellent, courteous, and completed in a timely manner. Yes, I needed a new battery. more

Horrible service department 8/30/2013

We made and appointment two weeks in advance and when we attend our given time they weren't able to complete our car because they said they had to many appointments at that time. We rescheduled and they could only finish half of the requested work because they said they took the car out of line to discuss the findings with us and they would have to put it back in line and there wouldn't be enough time because it would be several hours before they could continue work on it. Needless to say we are still driving with the problem we originally took to get fixed because They didn't have time despite being told upon appointment making what we wanted fixed as well as a recall. Now we have to schedule at a different Hyundai dealership! Thank goodness it is just a sensor issue and not to serious. more

Excellent Sales Representative 8/19/2013

I didn't realize that my credit score was as low as it is. I probably wouldn't have even tried to buy a new car if I knew ahead of time.
