We made and appointment two weeks in advance and when we attend our given time they weren't able to complete our car because they said they had to many appointments at that time. We rescheduled and they could only finish half of the requested work because they said they took the car out of line to discuss the findings with us and they would have to put it back in line and there wouldn't be enough time because it would be several hours before they could continue work on it. Needless to say we are still driving with the problem we originally took to get fixed because They didn't have time despite being told upon appointment making what we wanted fixed as well as a recall. Now we have to schedule at a different Hyundai dealership! Thank goodness it is just a sensor issue and not to serious.
