I had taken my vehicles to my local chain for years. However, in recent visits the quality of work had been progressivly declining. One visit I was charged for a service they could not complete after three days and they suggested I try the dealership. After 13 years of two cars I was billed $106.00, three days without my car and still had the issue. I tried Piazza. I met the service advisors who talked to me about everything. I met the mechanic who explained everything in more detail and didn't try to baffle me with techno-babble. when it was completed, it was done correctly and the car drives like it did 10 years ago when it was new. I fell comfortable again with my wife driving to work on the turnpike. And for everyone considering the price, i found the hourly rate to be the same as the local franchise, actually $1 less! And I've learned for Hyundai factory recommended parts do make a difference
