This cafe is across the street from Grand Central Station. It is delicious!! We had breakfast there. There is a formal sitting area and a less formal one. It was packed so we h...

Worst

A little on the pricey side for what you get but all in all a solid bet close to the trains a good place for groups...

Great Food and Waiter - Incredibly Rude Hostess 9/6/2010

Loved the food. Everything we had for lunch (party of f4) was just delicous, including appetizer called, I believe, Shrimpcargot. SO good. more

Extremely pricey for what you get... though food and service were pretty solid 4/4/2008

A lot of business people and tourists here. The prices are steep for the kind of restaurant it is, I would go to Capital Grill if I really wanted to spend a lot. Pros: Straightforward Cons: Expensive! more

Ok... if you're a tourist 9/19/2007

We complained to Katie (blonde), the indoor bar ""manager"", about the horrible service... she gave us our dinner and drinks for free.... (over $200's). thanks katie!!! Pros: Close to Grand Central, People Watching Cons: Wait Staff is slow and rude!! C'mon people this is Grand Central Terminal.... not Park Avenue more

If it's not expensed, I wouldn't eat here 10/29/2006

The only reason to eat at this place is because you're at Grand Central and feel like being a tourist, or just don't feel like going anywhere else. The food is fine - I had a Cobb salad. It tasted a lot like the Cobb salads that I've had at other places. However, it cost a lot more than those Cobb salads did. Why did it cost so much more? Probably because I was seated steps away from Grand Central, one of the major tourist destinations in New York. With its big green letters, this too is a tourist stop. Cons: Overpriced more

Mediocre at best 1/8/2006

Great location, decent food, but the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. This is a great looking restaurant and the food was fine, but I have had better service at a McDonald's drive through. Had it been busy I could have understood, but a quiet late morning breakfast? It was so bad we nearly had to leave without paying as we could not get anyone's attention even to get the check - _finally_ a busser came and he was kind enough to track the server down. Pros: Location, Architecture Cons: Service more

Great Atmosphere 1/4/2005

The design of the restaurant is so cozy, also very pretty. The prices were a bit high for dinner and there is not that much selection but the service was pretty decent. I would definitely come back, probably for the breakfast which they advertise as being very good. more

Location, Location, Location 12/5/2002

GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS. BREAKFAST, LUNH AND DINNER BRINGS GRAND CENTRAL CROWDS LOOKING FOR EASY PLACE TO GRAB A BITE. BIT EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET BUT THE LOCATION CAN'T BE BEAT! Pros: roomy, location Cons: loud, expensive more
