I began using SPP when you first opened in Hammond. I LOVED your salon b/c it was so personable and relaxing. They took the time to know each client personally. On every visit I was always offered something to drink. I always received a complimentary neck and shoulder massage during the shampoo, cut or style. And the prices, although higher than other local salons were worth it to me for the above reasons. THEN---- My stylist moved to the Mandeville location. Each visit became less personal. People were herded in like cattle. I would sit for a long time, having several stylist take turns with my hair, while mine was moving back & forth attending to other matters. I was never offered any of the above "niceties". Upon leaving, my bill was always slightly higher as each time SPP was increasing their pricing b/c someone was given a new "title". I would return home finding grey spots that hadn't been covered, yet I had paid a higher price. Finally I politely complained, was asked to join a group & express my concerns. I agreed but was never again contacted.
