When I book a spa appt, I look forward to the "total" experience. Although the person who did my facial was outstanding, the total experience was lacking. I made a point of getting to my appt 15 min early as requested by the receptionist to take advantage of the foot soak and neck pillow prior to my actual facial. I had to remind the receptionist of my desire to take advantage of this part of my appt. After about 10 min, she escorted me back to change. When I arrived in the waiting area, the water was lukewarm to say the least and I had to request a neck pillow after about another 5 min b/c no one came to check on me. The slippers were also "way" too small. Although, the person performing my facial did an excellent job of "making-up" for what was lacking in the pre-spa experience, I will probably try somewhere else in the future.
