I have always enjoyed Panera for personal lunches and pre-ordered catering. I find the food to be fresh and delicious and love the hazelnut coffee. Recently I needed two last minute catering orders prepared. I called Michele, the Via Panera Coordinator for this area, explaining my dilemma. My orders were prepared (with all set ups) and ready for pick up in remarkable time. I did not personally participate in enjoying these orders but have received numerous calls of thanks so feel sure they lived up to my expectations. Though I would recommend ordering timely, I give this team full credit for pulling this one off.
