its funny if you actually look at the profiles posting on this groomer you will notice that they are from the same place green thumb 7 ,guest user, redheadmommy,simply devine and texas user, there profiles say they are all live in San diego CA, metro , I am going to believe that these are all false comments put up by the shop owner,and or employee's why not leave this for the real people instead of trying to boost your self, People are not as dumb as you think, I will not be using you due to this issue. and I think you are hiding something from the general public by covering up the bad posts with your own comments . thank you carol jane from Maple Valley more

I would highly recommend Pampered Pet Grooming. I've always been able to get my pets in for service in a timely manner. They are friendly and helpful and always have my dogs ready as promised. The prices are reasonable as well. Each pet will receive their very own report card when you pick them up! It's nice to know if your doggy was well behaved or not! This dog was the worst case of neglect we have ever seen. No dog ever gets that matted in one month! NoOne was rude to this customer just simply brought it to her attention that it was painful for him to be that matted and you could get turned in for this. The dog was not cut anyplace but did need to be shaved that short because he was that matted. You could not see his eyes or his butt. We took pictures and any customer that wishes to view them we will gladly prove that it was severe cruelty and we don?t just go and charge people for no reason. I am sure she is very upset she should be embarrassed. If this was a state that had ASPCA it could have been a felony. But there are not enough resources here for them. They have no voice but animal lovers and us caregivers. Saying it was the son?s dog and his job to brush him? Excuses were all she offered. In all the time pampered pets have been in business has anyone ever been charged the full amount for matted dogs. We love and treat every customer with love and respect. He was happy he was to finally be able to move. He deserves to be where he can have a haircut on a regular basis and not be forced to become so matted that who knows how he could see or go potty or eat. We take pride in our work and we love what we do and if it means protecting animals because they have no voice then we will! He almost had to be shaved with a surgical blade it was so bad. This was not just a normal grooming; it was trying to find the dog under a big giant matt. She is just an upset customer wanting to retaliate because she was reported for cruelty to animals. This is not a reflection of pampered pets as a business our customers love us. No matter whom she tells we will continue to please many clients. It was not pampered pet grooming that let her dog become matted. We acted in behalf of the dog with his best interests at heart he is such a sweet dog that deserves better care.\r \r Pros: : Pampered pets is the place to come for love and respect and styling haircuts! I am now reading a response they made to my negative feedback. Wow, you just demostrated customer service at its worst! You lied in your posting about the condition of my dog. I talk to everyone I see on the trail about where they get their dog groomed and we all don't go to you for the same reason! Either they hav heard of your bad service or have experienced it first hand. I would say I'm surprised by your lies, but then again of course you want to defend your business and would have no choice but to lie! It is better to treat customers well and do a good job on our pets, then to have to later defend yourself her with outragous lies. Shame on you!!! I love my pet groomer now, and they would never say these things about us. Not only do you give bad service, bad cuts, over priced but you are also liers!!! Pros: I can't think of one! Cons: Rude, assulting, poor quality grooming and expensive! more

I have been taking my Yorkie to Pampered Pets for a few months now...Each time I have taken him there the employees are so friendly...they make it personal with the little red ""report cards"" that I look forward to seeing each time...My dog always smells so good when he comes home and is very clean....the option to make appointments online is great...even on a closed business day I emailed them for the earliest appoitment possible...within an hour the owner, Lori, called me and said they could take him in the next morning at open(800)...they always have positive comments...even if my dog's behavior wasn't the best....as well as reccomendations for making each future appointment well worth it....Jamie is his groomer and does a fantastic job making him look so handsome...I enjoy taking my puppy dog to Pampered Pets each time and I will continue doing so ..... Pros: fast, friendly, close to home..love the report cards Cons: none at this time.. more

I have been taking my two dogs to them for 3 months. It's been a great experience for us. My dogs are clean, no fleas. We'd been going to Petsmart and everytime my dogs came back they had fleas. Not at Pampered Pets!! They have one side for dirty pets and one side for clean pets, so no fleas. I am happy with everything so far. And they are fast! Pros: Fast, good prices Cons: haven't had a problem yet more

I have been going to Pampered Pets since Lori opened. I have never had a bad experiance. I enjoy their service and my dog likes going there. They dont cage him, he has fun and is always happy when I pick him up. He knows he looks and feels good! Thank you to the staff at Pampered Pets for taking good care of Sam. Pros: Great service and friendly service. Cons: Cant think of any. more

In the last 2 weeks we have taken both our dog and cat to pampered pet gooming. They shaved the dog instead of cleaning her up and trimming her, then complained about her behavior. The person who took her in was speaking in a very high pitched, ""lets get excited voice"" to her and then they wonder why the dog gets excited!!! Then a few days later we took the cat in (we had actually taken both the cat & dog there for the last 2 years- and aside from complaining about them each time - they did an ok job of grooming them) - so when my husband picked the cat up, she was in the carrier and he just paid them & left. They gave her and A+ for her behavior this time. I guess. She probably just sat in the carrier for the whole 2-1/2 hours she was there. Well they did take her out long enough to clip her nails. & charged $55.00 to do it (Petsmart charges $7.00 to clip them) - so anyway I called the next day because she was not clean & Lori the owner assured me that she had had an oatmeal bath & been brushed out. Well, today (3 days later - cat hasn't been outside at all) we gave her a bath. Imagine our surprise at the amount of dirt & sediment at the bottom of the tub we used, when we were done!!! not to mention the fur that came off her - of course Lori would say the fur was because she was shedding - but it would be hard to explain where the dirt came from. So if you want to traumatize your animals or pay for nothing - go to pampered pets for your grooming pleasure Pros: can't think of any at this time Cons: They don't do either cats or dogs very well any more more
