Please avoid this place of business!!! I had an experience here that I won't forget. The Pampered Pet Grooming Salon has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. If they treat humans like they did me, then how do you expect them to treat your animals. My appointment was canceled because I was a few minutes late. AT NO TIME did they ever tell me when setting up an appointment or even on their website (which is full of spelling and grammatical errors by the way -totally unprofessional) tell me that my appointment would be canceled if I was running late. OR when they called me the day before to remind me of my appointment, that if you're late, then your appointment is canceled.\r

I walked in, and there wasn't even a ""Hello, how are you this morning?"", but ""We can't take your dog"". What kind of service would do something like that? I've never even heard of a doctor's office doing that besides informing you up front in their paper work, not when you show up a few minutes late.\r

I'd assume that the employee/groomer that helped me didn't pass any customer service classes. Maybe the owner should look into training her/his employees on customer service as well. If I'm treated poorly than I'm not leaving my dog to be treated that same way. I don't care if she/he was the best groomer in town, if your business doesn't have good customer service, no one will return. I will make it a point to tell everyone I know and meet to NEVER take their dog to Pampered Pet Grooming Salon. I am sure there are better groomers out there somewhere and I will find one. \r
