Came in with my daughter to pick her flower girl dress for my best friends wedding. We did not have to go anywhere else! I thought it was going to be a drag but they were great! more

The selection was great and they also offer a great selection of bridesmaids dresses, bridal accessories and shoes.The shop did not pressure me to buy at all and made the overall process of trying on dresses fun and relaxing. The dresses here are good quality and even though you're going to find some well-known lines you can keep the whole ensemble under about $2000. And if that seems astronomical, don't worry. The staff will work with you and put you into something beautiful within your price range. Just because Olga's is a small boutique doesn't mean it's overly expensive. You can find traditional, frills and lace, but there's also a nice selection of modern, lots of off the shoulder and sharp. more

Service was fine. No complaints at all. In fact, I went alone and received more than enough attention. I liked being able to pick my own dresses out and they helped me get in and out of the dresses as needed. Do not be afraid to go there. I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. more

As a new bride of color, I was excitedly to see what this store had to offer based upon the reviews. Needless to say, the staff and Olga were very rude, unconcerned and basically told me to go to David's Bridal first. Unbelievable...I would hate to call them racist, but it definitely was rude service and regardless of color, money is green & they lost a lot that day. Please do not visit here, if you are ethnic...very disgusting & I plan to voice this any way I can. more

My experiences have always been pleasant at Olga's. The last time I went to Olga's was to have a bridesmaid dressed altered that I had ordered from Alfred Angelo (which wanted to alter it 4 weeks before the wedding). After ordering my bridesmaid dress I found out I expecting, and I would be about 34 weeks pregnant for my best friends big day. The alterations to the very form fitting dress cocktail length dress were perfect, they took the time to order the extra material and fit me a week before to ensure my ever expanding stomach would look appropriate. The shop owners have always been very personable and friendly with me. And yes they are always busy and running around. They give you the attention you need, but not smothering. more

My experience at Olga's was fantastic. They have such a great selection of dresses and the prices are good. I thought Olga was very nice and they were very helpful to me. I also was very pleased with my alterations. I just recommended that a friend of mine try them because she was having trouble finding a dresss she loved and she was so happy after leaving there and found her perfect dress! I would recommend Olga's to anyone getting married! Maybe I am different than the other reviewers, but I don't want someone standing over me and pulling dresses for me. I went with my mom and best friend and we were able to look around and through the dresses to see what we want without the pressure of a sales person hovering over you. To me that is a PLUS! more

I must admit that I looked at these reviews before I went shopping and was a little skeptical about going to Olga's, but every time I found a dress on-line or in a magazine I wanted to try on, I found Olga's name as the place to go. I went anyway, and have had a great experience with Olga's thus far. I have not had my fitting appointment yet, but I did buy my dress there (it is in and I have tried it on), and my girls bought their dresses there. So far, I have no complaints whatsoever. They might be a little more no-nonsense and a little less ""sugary sweet"", than some brides might be accustomed to or expecting, but all the ladies have been very helpful, in my opinion. They have a huge selection of wedding dresses to fit into any budget, and the selection of bridesmaid and special occasion dresses is very impressive, as well. I would recommend going on an off day rather than on a Saturday as, of course, it is their busiest day. It is a small shop and it is wall-to-wall gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories. I went in on a Wednesday and the associate I worked with, Diane, was great!! She let us pull dresses ourselves, but also found out what I was looking for and pulled some for me. She actually picked out THE perfect dress for me based on my description of what I wanted. If you have fun with them, they will have fun with you! I have now been to Olga's Bridal twice. It was the first shop that i went to so i wasn't sure what to expect. The costumer service was ok but it depends what you are looking for. I went with my sister so i wanted to be left alone. My sister and I looked around and tryed on some dresses which is exactly what i wanted, but we didn't get much help from the employees. If you want to have someone to help you and you are shopping alone, i wouldn't recommend going here. I ended up going back and ordering my dress from here because it was decently priced and i really loved it. After reading the reviews and meeting the employees i don't plan to get my alterations done here though. If you can put up with a little rudeness and don't mind shopping for yourself then i would at least go and look at their selection. The dresses are very pretty and i am happy with the one i ordered. I was planning on visiting this shop for a Mother of the Groom dress, but after reading the reviews I'll pass -- last thing I need is an attitude - there is enough of that going on during a stressful wedding, we don't need to enhance it by shoping where the owners are rude. I had a $3000 couture gown that I brought here to have altered. All it needed was a simple hem on the bottom. The seamstress there convinced me to do a different bustle for $200 which I relunctantly agreed to do. She also put in breast enhancers. When I tried on the dress the second time, I hated the bustle and wanted it back the way it was. The seamstress had an attitude the whole time. She claimed she could not tend to me because she had another appointment. Safety pins were hanging all over the place. The job was horrible. My breasts looked completely flat in the dress. They actually fitted me first and then put in the breast pads which made it way too tight. I hated the dress alterations and two days prior to my wedding, took it back to Sarasota where I bought the gown to have ""emergency"" alterations done. I let the owner know that they completely ruined my dress but she could care less. This place is horrible and the owner is the worst. Please do not go to this place. They made my life miserable.
