O My Sole

This store is located in the heart of Long Beach on 2nd street Belmont Shore. I love to walk on 2nd street at least twice a week and one of the sure stops I make is O' my sole. The bright out side store sign looks welcoming and as you set foot in. The atmosphere inside is somewhat like a lounge with always packed with people pleasant to shop in. You will surely find something at O' my sole. They cater to women, men, and for children. Outstanding selection, a great store. more

I LOVE the shoes here. My mother always taught us with shoes, purses and eyewear are the only materials you INVEST your money in. And she's right...as usual. They have the best selection of shoes here and the shoes are all reputablable brands. This shop has a small selection of sexy, fashionable trendy heels, but for the most they have comfy shoes. I love the selection of shoes here! Did I mention I love shoes? I LOVE SHOES! But common I work hard and I deserve to shop for nice/expensive shoes every month or so. This is definitely one of a kind shoe boutique. They carry all the reputable brands to the never heard of brands. There's not one shoe brand I don't like in here. \r \r I made a remark about the cons of this store and honestly the only thing I would have to say is the return policy with no cash return. But the bright side is they issue a store credit with no expiration date on it so it's just like cash. So I'm happy. This store and its representatives treat customers with disrespect ! This company will NOT return or exchange your shoes even when you present a receipt and the shoes have never been worn! There is no sign to warn you and the attendant doesn't tell you! It is only on the receipt that you are given AFTER purchase. So once you buy it, your screwed if for some reason your'e unhappy with your purchase! \r \r Go spend your $130 + at Macy's or Nordstroms if you want a decent pair of shoes! At least there, you're treated with some sort of dignity! Cons: Horrible customer service!!!!! more
