North Shore Pet Connection was the first doggie daycare that I took my dog to where I felt good leaving her there. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and treated my dog as they would one fo their own. I never once feared for her safety or well being. I had experienced other daycares and was not impressed. I experienced the rest but I wound up finding the best. The prices are right in line with other day cares, but I feel like I'm getting double whay I pay for. I would recommend North Shore Pet Connection again and again without hestation. more

I have boarded my small terrier at North Shore Pet Connection for the past 10 years on a regular basis when I travel out of town for both business and pleasure. My dog is ALWAYS excited and extremely happy coming here!!! There have been times when she needed special attention for some medical ailments she was going through and the staff would always take extremely good care of her. I TRUST THIS FACILITY AND STAFF COMPELTELY and will continue to take my animals there without question. It is a great facility with a truly caring and compassionate staff!! more

We took our two Yorkies here several times and were told that group play would be supervised, and signed a document stating this. We felt our dogs were safe there, but on 6/24/11, we received a phone call from Animal Emergency to tell us that Chief (our 5.5 lb Yorkie) was brought to them DECEASED. Chief was KILLED by another dog at this facility while UNSUPERVISED!! We are in anguish that our dog is DEAD - he was the happiest, most playful and social, sweet little dog. He was healthy and beautiful. His sister Rosey is devastated without him and she keeps looking for him, thinking he will arrive at the door when someone comes in! We paid extra $$ to bring our dogs here, thinking it would be good for them to be social. Do not be fooled into thinking it is good for your dog to run free with other dogs. If they are unsupervised, death is definitely possible, as we can attest to. Our dog was NOT supervised at the time he was killed. You must be aware of this when deciding where to take your pet. We returned to pick up his ASHES and FUR-CLIPPINGS rather than him. more

I have been using NSPC services for over 25 years... it's the nicest, cleanest best caring facility for caring for my pets. The staff is professional and my dogs love going for their short term visits. I love heading out of town knowing that my pets are having a great time while I am away. I trust them to do as I do for my pets.... I rest assured that my pet is happy. more
