Just like in those Honda commercials 9/17/2010

I had a terrific experience at this car dealer. Of course I had my guard up because of other bad experiences at other dealers but I soon discovered the Norm Reeves difference from the sense of teamwork. One lady in the finance department literally stopped what she was doing to escort me to the service department and even introduce me to Anthony Ngyuen from sales to help me transition from returning a "lemon" to getting me into a Honda Odyssey. Anthony went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was aware of all the options and that I was happy with the decision and even drove 20 miles to obtain the correct paperwork from my spouse. We ended up grabbing lunch together after my car purchase. Imagine that... it was really like those guys in blue shirts from those Honda commercials. I had to post a review about it because it was truly an atypical car buying experience. Will buy from there again. more

let me name just a few reasons why to alteast consider norm reeves honda:\r they have a huge selection\r they gave me 5 days to make sure i got the lowest price\r free oil changes\r and they have rich fisler\r \r super helpful people at the dealership.\r thanks guys! more

Ray great salesman, thank you. 9/17/2010

After so many bad experiences in other dealerships, my husband and I got to Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos, we found an excellent service from one of their salesman, Ray. We are greatfull with our choice of honda civic, we didn't have clear in our minds what really we want it, but Ray took all the time and all his pacience to guide us. He helped us through finance, services and always has been available for us. Hope to deal with him and with you guys in the future. Thank you, we are in love with our civic. more

I went to two other Honda dealerships before making my way to Norm Reeves Honda. When I got to Norm Reeves Honda Rich Fisler was the salesmen who helped me out.
