When I thought of buying a new car for my son, my first choice was Honda Accord because I have a 2006 that is still running in excellent condition. We decided to pay a visit to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Cerritos Auto Square. Once we got off our car in the parking lot we were met by a salesman who had a big smile on his face and gave us a warm welcome to the place. We explained our needs and he directly started showing us the different models and thoroughly explained the available options in each one. Then he escorted us to his office where we discussed the price and the financial matters. We left the place undecided but with a feeling of trust in the salesman George Habib. We then shopped at different dealers and scrutinized several offers online. In a couple of days, after a fine comparison we decided to go back to George and finish the deal. We gave him a call, went the store where he was ready for us. We even got a better deal than the one we negotiated before. I was happy with the deal and my son was happier driving his new car home. I walked in to the dealership with a budget on my mind and needed to get a new vehicle. I worked with Sales agent Sonny Wu. He was nothing short of excellent and a pleasure to work with. Sonny was the friendliest, easiest and most helpful agent I have ever worked with in 20 years. I would highly recommend Sonny to anyone new or even experienced in buying a vehicle. The dealership as a whole was accommodating as well. My cell phone was dying and there were atleast 4 different employees trying to find me a charger. It was real service. Go see Sonny Wu, he is honest and will not steer you in the wrong direction. more
