If your'e looking for a car, you should definitely contact Carlton Fitzpatrick in the Internet Sales Department. He made the entire process so incredibly easy and fast when it easily could've been a headache. He was very accommodating to my schedule, returned my phone calls & emails promptly and worked with my tight budget. He's got a friendly next-door-neighbor demeanor that made the whole experience wonderful. Plus, I got a GREAT deal on both the price on, and financing of, the vehicle. Fabulous, A+, excellent, all that jazz. I would recommend to everyone I know. more

We had been looking for months for a used car,At first though we ran into a lot of frustration when we started shopping.A friend of mine had bought a car at norm reeves honda,and recommended them to me.Glad we took his advice! Five Stars for salesman alex,Five Stars for the dealership!!! more

Great Service - Upfront and Starightforward 9/20/2010

Did my research before buying a 2011 Honda Accord LX prior to going to dealership. They are the largest Honda dealer in the U.S. with a great selection of cars. Met Kaveh Teherani (Retail Sales). He thoroughly explained the advantages of the Accord LX vs other Honda models and the Toyota Camry (my other choice). He gave me a GREAT price on the LX. The whole process was super-fast with no haggling. The finance manager Morat was also very helpful in speeding up the buying process. Would recommend go to Norm Reeves/Kaveh Teherani before taliking to others. more
