salesmen are unfair and liars. the prices are way to high. they will try to assure you have the best deal ever, but don't believe them!!! worst experience!!!!

We did purchase a new Altima on the first visit. The credit for the fast sale goes to Hugh Chester. He was very courteous, professional and worked hard to make the sale. he was able to get us a fair price for our trade and find a new car in the color that we wanted. more

My feedback on my new Nissan Maxima is outstanding. At first, my wife and I looked into Keyport Nissan, but had no success. Then, we went to North Plainfield. Our sales rep, Shawn, was very kind and patient. He told us everything we needed to know, and didn't push us into buying a car. The General Manager, Vladimir, was also very nice and patient. He also did not push us into buying one of North Plainfield's Nissan's. All the work was done quickly and deligently. Currently, we have two Nissan Maxima's, and we are both extremely happy with the cars and we are very happy with the associates at North Plainfield. In fact, we are so happy that we will recommend this dealership to others looking to buy/lease a new car. About 3 weeks ago I purchased a pre-owned Sentra from your dealership. The salesman, Steve, was the type of person I would always want to work with when buying a car. He was knowledgeable, patient, and did not pressure us at all. My experience at North Plainfield Nissan has been very positive. The staff have been friendly and helpful, the few things the car needed fixed after pick up have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. When my second car needs to be replaced, I will be looking forward to coming back for another vehicle. And I would gladly tell others looking for a car to check out your dealership first. None of this will change. more

After visiting and test driving 4 Nissan dealerships in our area, we went to the Nissan at North Plainfield. We spent half the time we spent in other places, we met with Rich and he was the most friendly and courteous of all the sales guys we met during our research. The salesman was very quick to identify our needs with no pushing or pressure, one thing that made us feel very comfortable was the fact that we dealt only with one person instead of having 2 and 3 other closers and managers at the other places we went to. Rich truly made our buying experience hassle free and no drama. They offered complementary oil changes that were free for life at no cost, loaners and safety inspections. We most definitely recommend North Plainfield Nissan if you live in the area. more

Considering the fact that I am now 75 and have been buying new cars since my early 20's (the initial ones were hand me downs or really used cars), there have been many purchases. I am now on my fourth or is it the fifth Murano? And while the car definitely gets better, your sales staff (namely Howard and Vito) become more professional, and Richie and Phil manage a great service department. My new 2012 Murano was delivered in perfect condition, and Randy spent a considerable time describing and setting up, if you will, the bells and whistles! While this new car came as a great surprise - my lease was not over - I am most appreciative of what has come to be a real VALUED ADDED RELATIONSHIP I have been able to build with your dealership. buying a car, while most often not being one of the 10 best experiences one could have, is definitely one of mine with North Plainfield Nissan. When my wife's Maxima comes due, and at such time when my new Murano comes due, I have every expectation to working with Howard and Vito as well as Richie and Phil. more

My experience at North Plainfield Nissan has been exceptional and it is all because of 2 people: Vito and Randy. Vito and Randy are such good, kind people and so exceptional that I will ONLY buy from THEM at North Plainfield Nissan. (I live right next to the Springfield Nissan but nobody there compare to Randy and Vito. As a result, I do not go there anymore). I will also passionately refer anyone I know who is looking to buy a vehicle to Vito and Randy at North Plainfield Nissan. You guys are the best! more

I recently purchased a vehicle from North Plainfield Nissan and I must say that it was the greatest experience I've ever had buying a car and this is my 5th new car. They have this unbelievable customer care program with free oil changes and loaner car program that no other Nissan dealership offers. The staff is friendly and the salesperson did everything possible to make sure I was happy. I will be sending everyone I know to see James at North Plainfield Nissan so they can have the same great experience I had!!! more

I actually purchased a Nissan Murano during my visit on Saturday. I was very happy with the level of service from your dealership. My wife and I love the Murano. Sidhu was my sales consultant. He was very nice and helpful. As well, General Manager Mike was very nice and helpful. They both worked with me to find the best deal possible and ensure I was satisfied. They did a great job. more

Addressed ALL the issues I brought up 5/23/2012

I wanted to be fair and praise North Plainfield Nissan in this case. I just came back from North Plainfield Nissan and explained the problems to both Antonio and Rick. I am happy to say that they were very polite and professional and have agreed to address ALL the issues I brought up to them in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend North Plainfield Nissan to a family member (which I already have) or friend and buy another car from your dealership in the future. more
