Considering the fact that I am now 75 and have been buying new cars since my early 20's (the initial ones were hand me downs or really used cars), there have been many purchases. I am now on my fourth or is it the fifth Murano? And while the car definitely gets better, your sales staff (namely Howard and Vito) become more professional, and Richie and Phil manage a great service department. My new 2012 Murano was delivered in perfect condition, and Randy spent a considerable time describing and setting up, if you will, the bells and whistles! While this new car came as a great surprise - my lease was not over - I am most appreciative of what has come to be a real VALUED ADDED RELATIONSHIP I have been able to build with your dealership. buying a car, while most often not being one of the 10 best experiences one could have, is definitely one of mine with North Plainfield Nissan. When my wife's Maxima comes due, and at such time when my new Murano comes due, I have every expectation to working with Howard and Vito as well as Richie and Phil.
