After visiting and test driving 4 Nissan dealerships in our area, we went to the Nissan at North Plainfield. We spent half the time we spent in other places, we met with Rich and he was the most friendly and courteous of all the sales guys we met during our research. The salesman was very quick to identify our needs with no pushing or pressure, one thing that made us feel very comfortable was the fact that we dealt only with one person instead of having 2 and 3 other closers and managers at the other places we went to. Rich truly made our buying experience hassle free and no drama. They offered complementary oil changes that were free for life at no cost, loaners and safety inspections. We most definitely recommend North Plainfield Nissan if you live in the area.
