I wanted to be fair and praise North Plainfield Nissan in this case. I just came back from North Plainfield Nissan and explained the problems to both Antonio and Rick. I am happy to say that they were very polite and professional and have agreed to address ALL the issues I brought up to them in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend North Plainfield Nissan to a family member (which I already have) or friend and buy another car from your dealership in the future.
