As part of my spring cleaning I had my shag rug cleaned by a company, and I was'nt very happy with the results but they said thats the best they could do because shag rugs are hard to clean. I then called New York Rug Service for a different rug, and they asked if I wanted them to clean the shag rug. I told them it was already cleaned. They laughed because it sure didnt look clean with all the marks and stains left. I told them if they could make it look perfectly clean they they could take it, but I didnt want to pay again and still have a sub-clean rug. They told me that if its not perfectly clean when they get it back, it will be free, otherwise it would be $250. I let them take it and they returned it perfectly 100% clean, the way it should be. I wasnt to happy with the secretary who I butted heads over the scheduling but the cleaning guy that came to pickup and drop off the rugs was very nice.
