I had been getting great dental care until this last appointment, although they never seemed to be able to get insurance right. This last visit, everything and everyone seems to have changed on the staff. Very poor work on the cleaning, and they charged me extra for work they didn't do. They even had the nerve to describe me as a ""high profit patient"" due to work I had done about a year ago. Money, money, money, I guess. I'll be moving onto a new dentist now. What a shame since their hours are convenient and office is very nice. more

How can she be licensed! 5/7/2012

Dr. Rodriguez should surrender her license! Not only did she not see the problem, she blamed pain on ""dry mouth"" and maybe sinus/ear infection. I'm no Dr. But I can tell when someone has sinus or ear issues. She said she ""didn't know about those things"" um.... Aren't you a Dr? Then an obvious cause goes over looked and called a ""little cavity"" and used 3 times normal ""anesthesia"" she called Novocain and didn't even numb what is easiest tooth to numb (by another dentist who I saw as soon as I left) then after drilling and me grabbing chair and about to pass out from pain. She refused to continue, even though I accepted pain and just wanted fixed, I waited three hours in the chair and was put temporary fill in and basically told to come back 5 days later, and then not offered to schedule when I had to pay for worst care and insulted by being called a lier, when I received a perscription it was for low dose and few least strength you can get medicine, and when I stated that it wouldn't work for pain (I have been on strong meds due to major surgeries) I was made to feel like I was seeking drugs after they stated I shouldn't be in pain, so was accused of lying basically, I called another dentist while paying for the worst care ever, was fit in immediately ( they were booked is why didn't go first) and over an hour past they closed and given at least half price discount because they felt so sorry for me being put thru hell and not even treated like a human, and they showed me the severity of cause that I could see plain as day and the tooth behind was worse ( wasn't even noticed at Neibauer) which if I would think they would have looked at because the pain level and the supposed lack of problem in one (common sense would tell you examine surrounding area) they took extra care of me and numbed me so well with half normal amount Novocain. Without getting it all over me like DR. R. I called 5 different on call doctors including Dr. neibauer, left several urgent messages and finally got Dr from warrenton Location on phone, he was very nice and apologetic and pulled my X-rays up from home and saw the problem ( I assumed it had to been bad image till this) I am going to his location hopefully for reimbursement of payment in morning, I expect a personal apology from Dr Rodriguez at very least, and hope she has some disciplinary action done. How can she be allowed to hold license is beyond me, this can't be only time something like this has happened! I can't speak for all dentists in this and all locations but I wouldn't let her touch me again, I should have taken these reviews to heart and trusted mu instinct but was in so much pain I needed relief somehow. I would have probably ended up In Hospital if not went for second opinion. Please be careful and follow your gut before deciding on her treatment, it's not worth time or money to be treated like that, I am discusted by the allowance of neglect and lack of human decentsey we allow to continue in life and even more that they can live with themselves for such behavior, i would give negative rating if it was an option more

WORST DENTISTS EVER 2/14/2012

This is a practice that cares ony about money. Money , money ,money. They won.t even schedule your next visit unless you pay. I had work done by Dr. Williams that had to be redone just months later. Since then I have talked with nummerous friends here in Culpeper and they all had the same problems. There have been about 10 different dentists there in the last couple years and the work done there is scary. .Run Run Run from this practice and stay as far away from Dr. Williams as you can. Read some of the other reviews in other places. They flood the computer so these reviews are hard to find, The only good reviews are those from their staff. . more

It has been 10 years since I have seen a dentist. The reason is that everytime I have gone they have hurt me and the office personnel are just as rude as they can be. I contacted Neibauer and I have to say that I have been very pleased so far. I would like to start from the phone call to the visits. The receptionist was the first person that I spoke with; she was so pleasant on the phone and really eased my anticipation about making an appointment. She was very informative and patient. When I walked in the office she was there to greet me and assure me that everything would be alright. The doctor was the first person that took a look at my teeth. He was very pleasant and very gentle. He explained everything in a language that I could understand and never left until he had answered all of the questions, so that made me feel that I was on the right track. The office manager is the most patient person I have ever known. She took the time to show us what the cost would be with different scenarios. She answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease with the financial concerns. She took care of all the paper work and the calling to get a payment date that would work for us. I just cannot say enough about the staff at the Culpeper office. They are great :) more

worst dentist I've been to 2/13/2011

I had trouble communicating with the dentist and had a crown put on that fell off multiple times. When I came back it fell off again and was put on by an assistant. Now my teeth hurt that the crown was put on and I wish that I had gone to somewhere else that did a better job. Save your money and go to somewhere that's more professional. more

not good 9/11/2009

The office looked nice and that with the hours attracted me. Their treatment plan was expensive and I didn't fully believe some of the stuff they told me. I went for a second opinion to a local dentist and was felt much more comfortable. Was told that I wasn't even a candidate for the most expensive treatment that neibauer recommended and even called a specialist in that field and found that neibauer charges more than the specialist. I have heard stories like mine from at least five other people honestly. I see that they have a chain of offices and know from experience and my friends that its better to see local dentist who have to face the music Pros: office is new and nice Cons: expensive, over treatment planning more

A great place to go! 8/22/2009

I went in for an appointment at the Culpeper office, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor there, Dr. Sandhu was very nice and made me feel very good about myself. I have alot of apprehension going to a dental office, and he did not in anyway make me feel that my feelings did not count. He took care of me. I also liked the treatment planner (I think it was really the office manager), Paula. She really understood my needs and made a plan for me that will allow me to get the most important treatment done first and move on a little at a time. I am a single person and I really appreciated how compassionate she was. Although they are really expensive, I liked the knowledge of the doctor and the staff and plan on going there regular to have my work done right. Pros: Friendly; great customer service Cons: very pricey more
