I had been getting great dental care until this last appointment, although they never seemed to be able to get insurance right. This last visit, everything and everyone seems to have changed on the staff. Very poor work on the cleaning, and they charged me extra for work they didn't do. They even had the nerve to describe me as a ""high profit patient"" due to work I had done about a year ago. Money, money, money, I guess. I'll be moving onto a new dentist now. What a shame since their hours are convenient and office is very nice.
