Simply the Best 1/4/2014

I interviewed several companies before we made a decision to go with Mr. Duct. I also read every review I could find on them and after much research we chose to go with this company. They exceed our expectations!!! We have a fairly large house with over 60 vents. (many of which we don't use). Mr Duct was one of the only companies that didn't charge us by the vent and they were the only ones that offered the video inspection. They were very, very professional, came right on time and explained everything to us along the way. It was extremely cold, but they suggested a method that reduced having our home wide open which made it more bearable. They were also one of the only companies that cleans your furnace as part of the job, and don't add on for every little thing. One person wrote that they up-sale but we found that to be far from the truth as well. They are not the cheapest guys but they are worth every penny to have the job done in this manner. Dedicated & Professional 1/31/2012

Cleaning your Dryer Duct is typically the last thing on most of our minds, but is critical for safety and maintaining efficiency. I contacted Mr. Duct as it has been a few years since we had our Dryer Duct cleaned. They were prompt courteous and dedicated in making sure the dryer duct was clean throughout and worked efficiently. Thy gentlemen were respectful and conscientious with clean-up. The price did not deviate from what was quoted on the phone. I would recommend Mr. Duct for this service on an annual or bi-annual basis. more

Quality Delivered! 11/14/2011

First of all, I like that they quote based on the size of the house; the ENTIRE system is included. Lots of competitive coupons out there with teaser rates, but they don't mention all of the add-on charges. So right up front, everything was explained in detail. No surprises when the crew arrived. more

Dissatisfied 9/7/2011

What a joke. I specifically asked to see the interior of the ducts before and after....I was never shown. I was home the whole time asking when I could see it.\r Also, they left my windows open once they left. I didn't find out till the next day.\r Apparently, cleaning your air ducts isn't even something that is supposably necessary to do despite what this company tells you. Spoke to professionals in HVAC that have been working industrial jobs for 30+ years, and their suggestion is to get an electronic air cleaner. Wish I would have asked them prior to calling these sharks.\r I would not recommend this company at all. I was ripped off from the minute they walked in the door. That of course was after I was told they thought I had asbestos in my crawl space, and could only clean one of my furnaces instead of both. Needless to say, I hate getting ripped off by anyone in any profession, but this really pisses me off. Charged me $445.00 to probably just blow the dust around since I sneezed non more

GREAT!! 6/7/2011

I would HIGHLY recommended Mr. Duct. They were prompt, polite and clean (put on booties before they even stepped into the house). They explained every step, took before photos of my filthy ducts, and cleaned thoroughly. They didn't try to sell me on extra services; they even dissuaded me from an unnecessary AC cleaning I asked about. The airflow in the house is much better now. I'll use they again!! more

The technicians were fabulous and so professional, we even had them back to do the relocation of our dryer vent. \r I recommended them to my neighbor and they used them this week. more

highly recommended 2/11/2011

I had to get the dryer venting replaced as it was not up to code. Mr. Duct was the only company who came out to my house for an estimate. Another place told me even though my venting was not up to code, a good cleaning would be enough to fix it. (I'm positive that a "good cleaning" would have made things worse as there was standing water in my venting.) The 3rd place was extremely rude & refused to give me an estimate! Everyone I dealt with was polite & knowledgable. The job was a tricky one, but they took the time to get the job done right. My dryer has never worked better! more

One stop for duct work 9/24/2009

Lived up to billing in Angie's list. Came out to do one service and switched on the spot to another at my request. Did not sell me unnecessary services. FANTASTIC BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE 7/17/2009

The serviceman from Mr. Duct showed up promptly for our appointment and immediately began to work on my duct, furnace, and dryer vent system. He was extremely professional and courteous and understanding of the needs of my son and I as he worked throughout our house. The courteous and professional service did not start or stop with him though. All employees that I encountered throughout the process were polite, professional, and great to work with. The company also extened themselves above and beyond when they learned my husband was deployed. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely plan on using them again. I am very satisfied with the job, the person, and most important the clean equipment. I highly recommend them. Mr. Duct was recommended by Dutchman heating and cooling . Lastly the technician was wearing shoe cover the whole time he was in the house. I give Mr. Duct 5 star. more

Definitely recommend this company 10/20/2008

I visted the www.mrductcleaning.com website when we saw how dirty the vents were. We had Mr. Duct Inc out a couple of months ago to to clean both my air ducts and my dryer vent. The office was very polite and accomdating for appointment times and the technicians that came to my home were very nice and worked efficiently. I just recently had my HVAC company come out for my furnace cleaning and the technician said the job was very well done. I would definitly recommend this service to anyone. more

Excellent service 10/16/2008

After reading some negative reviews on this site, I called Mr. Duct to verify the service I'd scheduled. The owner of the company responded promptly and professionally to my concerns, pointing me to Angie's List and the BBB. I'm glad I did not cancel the appointment. I had the cleaning completed this afternoon, and the techs were great. I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to their arrival (which was a little earlier than scheduled), and the techs removed their shoes prior to coming in the house. After walking the house and answering all my questions, they did the work as agreed to. If there were issues with this company in the past, they are now resolved. I recommend this company for duct cleaning, and I will use them again. more

Outstanding Professional Duct Cleaning Company 3/27/2006

It was a pleasure dealing with this company from the initial call to the actual appointment of having my ducts cleaned. The staff is courteous and professional.\r \r The technician did all the work from moving the furniture, removing vent covers, and putting everything back afterwards. The duct cleaning process was neat and clean. There was no mess. He answered all of my questions.\r \r I was amazed at the immediate difference in air quality when the ducts were cleaned - I noticed it before the technician finished packing up his equipment!\r \r I liked seeing the free video inspection before he started the work and after he was done cleaning one of the ducts. I was amazed. Their work is guaranteed and I will definitely use them again and refer them to others.\r \r They are members of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association, properly licensed, and are members of the Better Business Bureau. Technicians are certified and experts in their field. more

Air duct cleaning 9/29/2005

If you haven't had your air ducts cleaned call Mr. Ducts. They do an awesome job. They will clean your entire ducts and the rally cool thing about them is that they video tape the inside of your ducts after they clean them so that you can see that they've been cleaned properly. They guarantee satisfaction and they work really fast. Only about 4 hours to do the whole job. more

LEFT DUCTS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN 7/20/2005

I hired this company several months ago to clean the ducts on my personal home. I was pleasantly surprised when they showed me my ducts before and after the cleaning via a video inspection. The difference was HUGE!!!! The ducts were spotless after the cleaning. The difference in the house air was astounding. I would recommend using this company to clean your ducts as they show you the ducts after they have cleaned them so you know for sure that they are clean. Their prices are average, but I had a $75.00 discount coupon so the final bill was rather cheap. They are very prompt with their appointments and quick with their cleaning service.
