After reading some negative reviews on this site, I called Mr. Duct to verify the service I'd scheduled. The owner of the company responded promptly and professionally to my concerns, pointing me to Angie's List and the BBB. I'm glad I did not cancel the appointment. I had the cleaning completed this afternoon, and the techs were great. I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to their arrival (which was a little earlier than scheduled), and the techs removed their shoes prior to coming in the house. After walking the house and answering all my questions, they did the work as agreed to. If there were issues with this company in the past, they are now resolved. I recommend this company for duct cleaning, and I will use them again.
