The serviceman from Mr. Duct showed up promptly for our appointment and immediately began to work on my duct, furnace, and dryer vent system. He was extremely professional and courteous and understanding of the needs of my son and I as he worked throughout our house. The courteous and professional service did not start or stop with him though. All employees that I encountered throughout the process were polite, professional, and great to work with. The company also extened themselves above and beyond when they learned my husband was deployed. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely plan on using them again.
