Promised to have simple work done in 36 hours. Closed shop before my allocated pick up time, next day. I, and not they, had to ring to reschedule a pick up time. After rescheduling to pick up next day...tailor's door was again shut and locked suggesting their absence again at time allocatedfor. After knocking on door and ringing, I waited in the building for another hour and a half. Subsequenly waited in foyer and then returned upstairs to find shop miraculously open, without employees passing me via only entry....and guess what....WORK WAS STILL NOT DONE....for a wedding which, I had informed them, was taking place that day. No doubt the most unprofessional and inept setup I've ever experienced. By the way found a tailor who did the job in 30 minutes that same day thereafter
Cons: uncaring, unprofessional , disingenuous
