Happier then ever with my local Toyota dealership. I was in the market for a new car and decided to check out the vehicles at Hooman Toyota. Never did go in expecting to drive home iin a 2011 Venza. Yes, after test driving it I fell in love, my sales rep told me about the great 4th of July sales event that had just started and when we starting going over the price and numbers, he made me a deal I just couldn't walk away from. I recommended anyone in the market for a toyota pay Jorge at Hooman Toyota a visit. more

This place deserves a zero star. The worst sales department from the top down. Starting from the sales manager Ron, to Tarrah, to the finance guy, to the sales guy David. I went to this dealership after finding their internet sales price on a Toyota vehicle. I call the dealer, talk to the sales manager, who assures me of the price and availability of the car. He informs me to only talk to Tarrah when I get there. Of course, when I get there, they hand me off to some low level sales guy. Give me the run around for 2.5 hours - supposedly doing paper work. After getting my financial info, the sales guy comes out and says our price is actually $1000 over what we advertised and we want you to buy some $2000 option. Run away from this place. They promise the world and will deliver the worst auto sales experience. I think all the ratings with more than 1 star on yelp or any other website are fake. If Toyota has many more dealerships like this one, Toyota will be going down the tubes in no time. Cons: con artists - like the newspaper ads from back in the day more

I just bought my 1st Toyota Tacoma Truck from Hooman Toyota and it was a painless experiance. I had a really great Sales guy Ryan that got the job done for me. I wasn't there all day, they had exactly what I was looking for and gave a me a great deal. I also received the VIP package which includes FREE LIFETIME weekley car wash's , tire rotations, lube oil and filter changes, and tire repairs! I'm gonna take my girlfriend down there next weekend to look for a new car, they are that good! Thanks Hooman Toyota u guys hooked it up! I had to take my Toyota Prius in for service, and had a great experiance! The service advisor was nice, and very eager to get my problem fixed. He explained everything to me in detail so that I understood what they did to my car. They gave me a free loaner car while my Prius was beeing serviced and called me when it was ready to be picked up. They even give everyone that comes in for service a free car wash! So my car was nice and clean when i picked it up. I have refered all my friends/family to go there! Pros: Free loaner cars for the day, complimentary car wash! Cons: nothing! more

Hooman Toyota is awful. DO NOT deal with them or buy a car there. They have very poor customer service and are giant idiots. Also, note that they pay people to write positive reviews, so take it from me, DO NOT go to Hooman. Cons: liars, horrible customer service more

I am a very busy person and don't have time to write reviews or even read them, but I had to make time to write this one... I just had to. I have been to other Toyota dealers for service, but never got the quality and satisfaction that I was paying for! I received a coupon in the mail for Hooman Toyota and Scion of Long Beach and said, ""Ah what the hell, I will try them out!"" I AM SO GLAD!!! that I did. I had the best service experience ever and I actually saw what I paid for. Everyone was very curteous and professional! My service writter took the time to explain everything to me. Hooman Toyota has definately earned my business. I have already sent my mother and her Monday night BINGO group! Pros: great people, service and coffee Cons: parking is a little tight more
