Great service department, i own a 2010 Toyota Prius, which i purchased at Hooman Toyota and it has been running great, i have not had one problem with it and i get treated with the best customer service everytime i get my car serviced at their service department! very fast moving and convenient service department, they always tell you exactly the problem with the car and never sugar coat anything or lie, i also bought my other 2009 Toyota Corolla from Hooman Toyota and have been always getting it serviced there, great staff and extremely reliable. more

They have a pretty large inventory of their Toyota vehicles and can still get you financed despite if you have bad credit! which was a huge help to me! They've got wonderful customer service and i got an awesome deal on my Toyota Tacoma, got my color and all the features i was looking for. Although it took them a few hours to get me the car, but it was okay because the color i was getting was red and not too many dealerships haver that color in that exact edition and features i was looking for so it was no problem! Definitely will buy my second car from Hooman Toyota and that will be soon! more

Awesome staff, i purchased my 2010 Yaris from Hooman Toyota and it has been running beautifully ever since i bought it. The whole process didnt take longer than 2 to 3 hours and they made me feel very relaxed during the process and i am not usually relaxed when i visit car dealerships. Got great deals, great service, friendly and knowledgable staff and nice inventory on their vehicles. i bought my Scion TC from Hooman Toyota and got pretty much everything i was looking for. Their dealership is very clean and professional, which i really liked. I could say the same thing about their service department, their service advisors always get my car done as fast as possible and i usually am helped by Wayne LeBlanc one of their service advisors, which knows everything there is to know about Toyotas and he always takes extra care of me when i pay a visit for my car to be serviced. the great thing is that i became a V.I.P. member when i bought the car and that entitles me to free car washes whenever i want, free oil changes for as long as i own the car, shuttle rides and many more great priviledges, definitely recommended. more

This Dealership i cans say gives better deals than anyother one i have been to. I bought a 2010 Toyota 4Runner and it was in great condition, They gave me all the in's and out's of the car. Their salesperson by the name of Carl explained the vehicles features to me very thoroughly and went over the pricing very calm and collectively. They werent eager to make a sale at all and were very understanding when i told them that i might not by the car today, which i ended up buying the same day and i did not have one ounce of regret because they gave me a great deal some extra stuff that came with it. I had a pretty hard time finding the exact model and features for my Toyota Prius because the color and package i was looking for was low in stock due to high demand, but when i visited Hooman Toyota they had it in stock and none of the other dealerships i visited had it. They gave me an awesome price for the car and showed me all of the in n outs of the car. they have a wonderful and knowledgable sales team that go through all of the features of the car with you and they also offer snacks and beverages, which was pretty nice. They got me in n out of the dealership in less than 3 hours, which was a relief because everytime i visit a car dealership i find myself to be sitting there for hours and hours listening the salesmens non-sense. I got everything i needed and left the dealership very happy and satisfied with the deal i got. Phenomenal Service- I bought my 2011 Toyota Avalon from them and what i can say is that the process was pretty cenvenient and theyre sales team wasnt pushy at all. Fast Service! These are my experiences take it or leave it. Customer service, 1/5 if that. CLUELESS STAFF! My wife dropped off our 4 runner. She needed a ride home since it was going to take 3 hours to accomplish a 45 min. job. Driver and staff were not very polite but abrupt and on the verge of rude - short would best describe it. Unprofessional! Go to Cerritos were we have received great service there. We received a call to do recommended work but interestingly, not all recommendations by tech listed on invoice when I picked it up. I know enough about cars to do a few things. When I picked it up, I was in the bay and passed up by three service guys as they helped three other people. I am in my late 30's but look young and of Pacific Islander decent. Discriminated by age and ethnicity or staff is CLUELESS! Terrible customer service! When I mentioned it to someone they offered to have me speak to service manager but he probably was the guy who passed me up in the colored Hawaiian shirts. The service department needs training on how to be professional, polite service providers. more

Yes, in deed this is the best visit to a service center I have ever experienced. I must say they are one busy service center that manages to keep there customers smile while they wait to be helped. I just went in for an oil change and wash they past friday, it was around 3pm and were packed with cars on the drive. They mentioned it may take up to two hrs because of the volume of cars they had. I stayed hoping they would finish a little sooner and an hour later I was informed my car was ready! My car was washed shinny and I was now ready to start my weekend. more
