Go here for oil changes and other regular maintenance on my vehicle. The staff is usually courteous and straightforward with service needs. Haven't had a bad experience yet. more

Mossy Nissan Poway 8/21/2011

I had a great experience at Mossy Nissan Poway when test driving and purchasing my 2011 Nissan Juke. My sales consultant, Tim Gamble, took his time with me, was up front about all the pricing options and was a lot of fun to work with. I felt the same way about Matt Alexander, the sales manager, who reviewed all the financing with me. Both representatives made the car-buying experience as pain-free as possible. I am very happy right now and hope it continues when I need service. Overall, I am a very happy customer and, at this point, would highly recommend Tim and Mossy Nissan Poway. more

Firsrt and last visit 8/17/2011

Sorry to say I did not have a good time at Poway Nissan. I scheduled the first appt. for the day along with a ride to work. I arrived early on time. Then it went down hill from there. The shuttle driver never showed up I was late for work. After waiting for 5 hours I had to call to get the status of my truck. Finally I was told it needed a new catalitic converter. $1000.00 repair. I told them no. I was then told they will put my truck back together, finish the free inspection and wash it and it will be ready for pickup. When I arrived the truck was still in the same spot I left it. It was not washedl and the inspection sheet inside my truck was blank. I took my truck for a second opinion and found out it was a bad O2 sensor. Fixed for $200.00. Last week I recieved a post card from Poway Nissan telling me that during the inspection it was noted that my tires were worn and to stop by. Interesting since I purchased new tires a month ago. It appears to me my truck just sat in a corner and was not looked at or inspected or washed as promised. I will never return to that dealer again. more

Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had 8/14/2011

Mossy Nissan of Poway was hands down the easiest and most enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. Ben was the sales associate who assisted me and my wife and was extremely courteous, well versed on all the vehicles and their capabilities/features. I would highly recommend a by name request for Ben should you choose to buy Nissan. He will help you find the perfect vehicle to fit your needs. more

I had my truck serviced the other day and had a great experience. The customer lounge was clean and comfortable, nice big screen, free coffee, my oil change took 32 minutes from key in to key out. more
