Sorry to say I did not have a good time at Poway Nissan. I scheduled the first appt. for the day along with a ride to work. I arrived early on time. Then it went down hill from there. The shuttle driver never showed up I was late for work. After waiting for 5 hours I had to call to get the status of my truck. Finally I was told it needed a new catalitic converter. $1000.00 repair. I told them no. I was then told they will put my truck back together, finish the free inspection and wash it and it will be ready for pickup. When I arrived the truck was still in the same spot I left it. It was not washedl and the inspection sheet inside my truck was blank. I took my truck for a second opinion and found out it was a bad O2 sensor. Fixed for $200.00. Last week I recieved a post card from Poway Nissan telling me that during the inspection it was noted that my tires were worn and to stop by. Interesting since I purchased new tires a month ago. It appears to me my truck just sat in a corner and was not looked at or inspected or washed as promised. I will never return to that dealer again. more
