$850 for 1 1/2 hours work and $50 parts.

The JOKE was on ME! 7/9/2009

After receiving a quote, we called them to not come back to do work. They never got hold of their crew, so their crew started. When I got hold of them again, they immediately wanted to know what they could do so I wouldn't get another estimate. They dropped the price 40%, telling me they MUST bring ALL valves to ""code"" before they could do the gas leak test! The joke was on ME - according to the gas company - they said none of it was neccessary, they only needed to fix the leak. The spokesman I spoke too did everything he could to talk me out of getting a second opinion, thousands of dollars later - I know why! But I will admit, they ALL had their ""salespitch"" rehearsed. Dont even bother getting an estimate from them - call ANYONE else. Pros: Thorough Lies while explaining work Cons: Flat out LIED to get my business more

Milton Frank 6/6/2009

over 15 yr.they have replaced water heater in attic,toilet,disposal,leaky faucets etc.over the years. this month I had Milton run a gas line to home generator instead of who I bought the generator from because I know their work.Milton Frank charge is in line in order to be in business next year when I need their service. ( my wife feels comfortable when the men work in our home) more

My Plumbers 5/1/2009

I've been using Milton Frank Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs for roughly 10 years. A hot-water line in my attic developed a leak & flooded my attic, they had a plumber out quickly; he clamped off the line; after inspecting the pipe he told me the clamp should take care of the issue. However, the water removal company's tech said this was only a temporary fix & the line should be replaced. Ditto the State Farm insurance adjuster. I phoned Milton Frank's; they sent William for a second opinion. He concurred that the pipe needed to be replaced and he was authorized to give me a large discount on this second call. The line has now been replaced; William did an excellent job; he handled a few other problems and gave me several good tips on how to keep the plumbing working well. Plumbing is expensive, but they have always come through for me--promptly and courteously. I recommend them to everyone. more

Milton has great people who who do great work. I was impressed of how well the they cleaned after they were done. One thing I will say is they are a little pricey but the work they do if first class. more

Outstanding Service 4/10/2009

I have used Milton Frank Plumbing numerous times in the past and this time when I called to schedule my work, I requested Roger since he worked on my previous job. I was surprised that I got Roger again and at 8:30 am the next day.\r I had 6 different service needs and Roger took care of all my problems and was finished about l pm. I am 72 years of age and I will call Milton Frank Plumbing in the future and I had the opportunity to recommend the company to a friend at dinner the following night.\r Good work, quick, congenial serviceman, and very professional. more

MILTON FRANK SAVED THE DAY 2/4/2009

I had a mishap where the outside water facet broke off so I had to turn the water off to the entire house to get the water to stop. (Sounds like I wasn?t the only one to have this happened based on another review by a ?Peggy F.?) MILTON FRANK SAVED THE DAY for me and my family! They were prompt and very professional. Matt, the plumber from Milton Frank, was here within about an hour of my initial phone call and our home was back in working order by lunchtime. YEA! Of course, no one likes to have to spend the money on plumbing and I am not one to know for sure reasonable pricing but they seemed to be reasonable to me under the circumstances. Definitely will be using them again if we ever need a plumber and will recommend them to anyone. more

Milton Frank saved the day 2/2/2009

When I pulled into my drive way much like I have before, way over close to my house, so the other car could get out I hit and knocked off the faucet and water gushed out all over the drive way. I had broken off the faucet inside the brick, at the copped pipe. We turned off the water valve to the house and called Milton Frank Plumbing; Michael, the plumber from Milton Frank, arrived about 30 minutes later and was able to do the repairs in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED 1/10/2008

I have a mobile home and had a 1/2 inch PVC elbow (75 cent part) disconnect under the house. Since I was out of state at the time and have someone renting the house I had to find a plumber to replace the elbow fitting. I've done much plumbing before and know that this repair takes no more than 30 minutes, including having to go under the house to get to the piece (10 feet crawl/crouch). Milton Frank was punctual about having a guy at the house within an hour. Once the guy got to the house he said it would cost $250 for him to go under the house (10 feet) to see what's wrong. Then he said it would cost approximately $350 to replace up to 10 feet of pipe, but remember I only needed one 75 cent part replaced. I was absolutely flabergasted over the fee of $600 to replace one tiny part of PVC. I called the owner of the company who said he could charge me more appropriately after the technician was able to see exactly what was bad, so I agreed. Forty-five minutes later the tech was f more
