I've been using Milton Frank Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs for roughly 10 years. A hot-water line in my attic developed a leak & flooded my attic, they had a plumber out quickly; he clamped off the line; after inspecting the pipe he told me the clamp should take care of the issue. However, the water removal company's tech said this was only a temporary fix & the line should be replaced. Ditto the State Farm insurance adjuster. I phoned Milton Frank's; they sent William for a second opinion. He concurred that the pipe needed to be replaced and he was authorized to give me a large discount on this second call. The line has now been replaced; William did an excellent job; he handled a few other problems and gave me several good tips on how to keep the plumbing working well. Plumbing is expensive, but they have always come through for me--promptly and courteously. I recommend them to everyone.
