BEWARE! 2010 - I hired them for an 4/20/2012

BEWARE! 2010 - I hired them for an aeration. I saw a truck roll up, put a sign in my yard, and just left! I called the company, they came back and did what they said was the 2nd time. Very poor coverage. The majority of the liquid aeration just blew away. 2011 - Hired the company again. A guy showed up, and said ""Just call and cancel. I'll do it for $50."" Very shady, but I took the cheaper route anyway. 2012 - Again, a truck pulls up, puts a sign in the yard, a hanger on the door, and no aeration was done whatsoever. I called and said to kill the bill, that ""3 strikes, and you're out."" They wanted to come by again, but I just don't trust this company to have on my property again. The manager there, Crystal, is a nightmare! She is extremely rude and combatative. If you have a problem with the service, she just claims you are ""trying to get out of your bill"". I've opened a case with the BBB, among the 500 from other people. Even with the BBB case, they are responding like I'm crazy. They can take me to court if they want the money they are charging for a service I never received. BEWARE! more

NOT RECOMMENDED 11/2/2011

NOT RECOMMENDED! I scheduled a sprinkler blowout with Mile Hi Service and they never showed up. I even called mid day to confirm they were still coming and the person who answered the phone assured me that the services tech would be there before dark. Dark came and I heard nothing so I called back again and the person on the phone looked up my account and said no tech had been assigned to my job. How can I schedule AND confirm and they still get it wrong? I'm not sure if the company simply has a flawed scheduling processes or poor communication but there are too many quality companies in town to deal with a company like this. Take your business elsewhere. more

Very happy customer 10/12/2011

I moved into an older home that had broken and corrodes sprinkler heads, and some rust issues. They came out, and had the problems pinpointed very quickly allowing them to give me the price of the needed repair. I know that the work was done correctly because I had this done a while ago and to this date, I have not had a problem with their installations. Very happy with the work and the friendliness of the crew. more

Good deep plugs 10/11/2011

I've used this company 4-5 times for lawn aeration. Price was reasonable. I don't know about the other services they provide, but the aeration was done well (good, deep plugs). No sprinkler heads were damaged (I marked them as they requested) I would recommend calling a day or two in advance to confirm the date of service. I booked on line, but I was not in the system when I called to confirm (I may have goofed-up the on-line booking). I will continue to use them for aeration. more

Great prices and very, very good work done! 10/10/2011

I moved into an apartment that had stains in the carpet that I just couldn't get out no matter what I did, so I decided to call and get it done professionally. The work was done fast, and the stains were completely gone. Big help, and thank you so much for the great prices. more

The best lawn care in Denver! The attention to detail is what really sets them apart. Great price and great service, what more can you ask for? To ""unhappy customer"", my beds are weed free and the edges are deep and sharp every time. You really can't go wrong with Mile Hi Services! more

BEST LAWN/SPRINKLER COMPANY AROUND! 9/7/2011

My husband and I have used Mile Hi Services now for 7 years and we could not be any happier. They are the most respectful, polite and consistent company we have ever worked with. They are attentive to our needs and promptly return our calls and are very courteous. Their staff is very professional and our lawn looks like you could go golfing on it! Awesome landscaping services 9/7/2011

Mile Hi Services is awesome and has been our main landscapers since one of the last companies we went through fell off the face of the earth. They provided us with Liquid Lawn Aeration just about a year ago and that is still looking good. more

They stand behind their work 9/2/2011

I've used Mile Hi three times. I've used them in the spring two times - once for aeration, and then the following year for aeration with fertilizer. I've also had them come once in the fall. Their great work speaks for itself and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to upgrade their landscape. more

I own a couple of properties and unfortunately the company I use to use to maintain the yards went out of business! But fortunately a friend refereed me to Mile Hi, and I have been using them for a couple months now, and I am so pleased with their reliability and wonderful service they provide. LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE GUYS! 8/17/2011

I just had these guys come out for the first time to mow the area around our new house. it looked SO BAD before, obviously, that i wasn't expecting it to really look too much niver after being mowed and trimmed. i was STUNNED at how gorgeous Mile Hi made it look! i was speechless. it totally makes this great house look a million times better. i am still all smile. thank you thank you!!! more

Mile Hi did a great job turning my small but overgrown garden into a neat and lovely space. I've used them several times and now have them set to do regular maintenance every few months. Their rates are reasonable, they're on time, personable, reliable. Highly recommended! more
