Katie Mueller gave me the best hair cut I've EVER had. It's been two weeks and I still love it. Katie is extremely talented, professional and friendly. Not only does she listen to what you want, but also offers suggestions on what might look good on you. You would be wise to spend your money on a stylist like Katie. I don't plan on going anywhere else. more

KATIE IS THE BEST! 10/31/2009

I have been having my hair colored every three weeks by Katie Mueller for over a year now.I am always getting compliments on the color (even my husband noticed!). My hair looks so natural and healthy and Katie does a great job styling it too. She is so easy going and pleasant. Katie has a great passion for what she does and has natural talent. Katie Mueller is one of the nicest hair stylist we've ever used. My entire family goes to her and have followed her from the time she graduated beauty school until now. If you're new in town and need a new hair stylist I highly recommend Katie Mueller Pros: Very kind, considerate, and does a great job! Cons: Cost is a little high--but Katie is worth it! more

I used to get several compliments a week on my hair...from complete strangers. I would get stopped in parking lots, and told by cashiers how amazing my hair looked. I eventually had to ask Katie for some of her business cards, because I had sooo many people ask who my stylist was. Whenever Katie asks me how I want my hair cut, I just tell her to do what she thinks will look good...and she always does an amazing job. Katie is the best! I never worry about leaving the salon disappointed! Pros: always leave the salon happy more

I always had my sister take care of my hair-cuts because she is also a stylist but, when I moved from my hometown in WI to here, I needed to find someone who could replace the best (my sister). Katie was electric from the start. She gave me confidence with her communication and by also exuding it through her own style-forward fashion sense. I am extremely pleased with my new stylist, Katie! I like switching things up with my hair - I get tired of the same old look, but I don't have time to flip through fashion mags and figure out what I want. Basically, I just go in, sit down, and Katie and I talk about something fun, new, different, easy to take care of, whatever it is I'm feeling like I want. She never fails to pin down my vague requests into a cut and color that is absolutely perfect. She's professional, listens to her customers, and does a fabulous job. I have been looking for a stylist that has an ""eye"" for what will look best on me. I am 26 years old and cannot tell you how many bad hair cuts I have gotten, or they just did not quite get what I wanted. I am so pleased with Katie Mueller at this Salon. My co-worker suggested I make an appointment after Katie cut her hair and it looked amazing. I am SO pleased with what she did to my hair today that I will tell all of my family and friends about her. I also work in the beauty industry so I took a stack of her business cards to hand out to my clients. The Michael Isaiah Salon is in a great location and has a very friendly vibe to it too. Katie has been cutting my hair for awhile now. Everytime I go I leave extremely happy and more impressed with her skills than before. She has the best suggestions for when I don't know what I want to do, and when I do, she knows how to tailor each desire to fit my face, my profession and my personality. Robert Banyaga at Michael Isaiah is Amazing! 9/24/2009

I changed hair stylists which I dreaded becuase I have numerous hair issues - tough to color, was extremely thick, now thinning, course and wavy. Worst Haircut in my Life 9/15/2009

I went to Chey for a cut and highlights. She did the worst job I have ever had. I asked her to just clean up the length of my hair because I was trying to grow it out. She took 2 inches off and literally chopped it all over and very uneven. It has no body now at all. The color was so so bad. I told her I did not want any red or bassie tones. I hav it highlighted only on the sides and very brassie. My husband could not believe I would pay for someone to make me look so bad. This is the worst salon in town. Everyone that works there are very unfriendly. more

Derrick Sharp the hairstylist who always makes me smile 8/17/2009

Derrick is my hairstylist for a good four years now. But even so, every single time when I go to get my hair done by him it feels like a first time great experience. From the moment that I take a sit in his chair until the moment when he is doing his last touch up everything is just...wonderful. No doubt he is a very talented hairstylist and when you watch him working you can see that he is in love with what is he doing. All the passion and love that he has for his work can be seen in the color and the haircut that he gives me every time. He has a lot of experience and he is always keeping up with the new. Priscilla is GREAT! 7/24/2009

Priscilla has been cutting my hair for about two years now. I could not image going to anyone else EVER. She stays up to date with the latest trends and is excellent with short hair. She always finds a way to give you a fresh new update every few months, which I love! I have also had my hair cut by Chance and she does a great job as well. Great Hir Cut and Conversation 7/22/2009

I found this place by looking on-line and reading reviews. my first stylist was not a good fit but she was very nice and commented on the stylists being very supportive of one another, rather than competitive. So I felt comfortable trying someone else my second time. I asked for whomever was available on the day and time I wanted to come in and was given an appointment with Kent. He is fantastic. I have short thick hair and if cut badly it looks like a helmet. I have been back a second time was not disappointed. In addition to the great haircut i have enjoyed getting to know the person who is like most of us striving to find meaning iand create happiness in his life. Kudos to you Kent. Thanks more

Highly professional stylists providing a warm, friendly, fun experience! 2/9/2009

I have been a client of Priscilla Brinkman's for six years. She is a perfectionist! I felt it was about time I wrote this recommendation because it is so well deserved! She has the superb knack of knowing exactly what looks good on a person and giving you that special cut that that makes people stop and NOTICE! I get more compliments on my hair everytime I get it cut, highlighted, or new color! The salon is so much fun to visit because I know all the stylists and am always greeted with big smiles! Once you choose Michael Isaiah's you will not venture elsewhere! more

There are two categories of hairstylists...those who doing their job giving nothing extra to their customers...than there is Derrick. He goes above and beyond for all his clients. He gives his personal touch to everyone he deals with. I think that everyday, when he wakes up he sets new goals for himself and always challenges himself to go even forther for his clients. He possesses a great deal of talent that shows in every haircut and color that he gives. ELLA IS AMAZING! 11/14/2008

Ella has been doing my hair for years and I followed her from her last job. She was to good to let get away! I'm blonde and have long hair so i'm kind of a pain! She makes my blonde color perfect every time and her trims keep my long hair from looking damaged. She does whats best for me no matter how long it takes and really nows her stuff about products. I had to gush because recently my hours changed and she will stay late or move things around to get me in! This girl is amazing and soo sweet! Thanks Ella!! Derrick???I was in yesterday to get my hair cut and colored. This is my third visit and I have to say that I left with one of the best haircuts that I have ever had in my life. I have never gone to anyone more professional in the business. The color is perfect! I have to be honest?.in the past I have let my hair control me and you have helped me overcome that. You have an amazing talent and it shows in the work that you do. It was hard for me to try someone new, but you have made me feel more than comfortable in your ability to give the customer what they want. Everyone likes to feel good about the way they look and you have made me feel that way after every visit. Yesterday was a perfect example of that. You ROCK!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the GREAT work.
