MetroPCS sucks terrible horrible customer service. \r \r For over a week I argued, begged and pleaded at every level, 6 store reps, 6 online reps. In my opinion all of them incompetent and many rude. Autopay account deleted and recreate at least 4 times. Everyone keeps saying the same thing just go in and update to account info. The account was even verified by a Corporate Center supervisor. Phone service has been shut off twice. Even after the store manager at the corporate Center assured me that it ad been restored. \r \r Then I found the emails for coroprate HQ. Great Service/Great Location 5/18/2012

So I had Metro PCS back in 2007....was a bad experience....fast forward to now 2012....GREATLY IMPROVED! I just switched from Verizon after a 2 year contract of having a Droid. Customer service by the way is awful with Verizon. You have to sign in on a computer and wait 30 minutes (seriously) as there were always 10 people ahead of me. And then there was the bill. And then the service was getting slow due to many Verizon customers in the Atlanta area. So, I walked into the Roswell Rd location near 285 located to the Gyro King (great place by the way...lol...). From the time I walked in I was treated great...only had to wait 5 minutes...but I was greated immediately. I walked out incredibly pumped up and excited. The guy who helped me was excellent. That is all the beginning....I have had MetroPCS service for one month now and I LOVE IT!!!!! Highly recommended!!! If you are a Verizon customer and are incredibly frustrated give MetroPCS a shot. My phone runs remarkably faster. I can surf the web, download unlimited songs on Rapsody (their music service) and so many other things I did not have with Verizon (by the way I bought the Esteem model phone). Ok, I am NOT an employee of MetroPCS but I am a very happy customer who is enjoying a better phone, better customer service, faster connection while surfing the web on my phone and saving HALF!!!! the money when I pay my bill. Worst Company out there 12/6/2008

This has got to be the worst company to deal with. I just checked a site that had over 100,000 complaints about metro pcs. Their phones are garbage and overpriced. Their accessories are garbage as well. The service or lack thereof is horrendous and the employees are the rudest I've ever come across. I am finally making the switch to a more decent provider. I'll glady pay more not to have to deal with this lousy excuse for a company. Cons: bad service, over priced phones that need to be replaced every few months, rude employees, zero custom support more
