So I had Metro PCS back in 2007....was a bad experience....fast forward to now 2012....GREATLY IMPROVED!
I just switched from Verizon after a 2 year contract of having a Droid. Customer service by the way is awful with Verizon. You have to sign in on a computer and wait 30 minutes (seriously) as there were always 10 people ahead of me. And then there was the bill. And then the service was getting slow due to many Verizon customers in the Atlanta area.
So, I walked into the Roswell Rd location near 285 located to the Gyro King (great place by the way...lol...). From the time I walked in I was treated great...only had to wait 5 minutes...but I was greated immediately. I walked out incredibly pumped up and excited. The guy who helped me was excellent. That is all the beginning....I have had MetroPCS service for one month now and I LOVE IT!!!!! Highly recommended!!! If you are a Verizon customer and are incredibly frustrated give MetroPCS a shot. My phone runs remarkably faster. I can surf the web, download unlimited songs on Rapsody (their music service) and so many other things I did not have with Verizon (by the way I bought the Esteem model phone).
Ok, I am NOT an employee of MetroPCS but I am a very happy customer who is enjoying a better phone, better customer service, faster connection while surfing the web on my phone and saving HALF!!!! the money when I pay my bill.
