I brought my service dog Trixie here with a badly broken leg. The medical team and Dr. Kamel surgically fixed her leg and got her back on her feet and for that I am totally grateful. more

When we walked in, the place is clean. The staff are really helpful then we met Dr. Kamal. He calmly examined Shadow, explained his diagnosis (Hotspots) and educate me at the same time. He recommended and explained only the NECESSARY treatments. His charges are reasonable and affordable. No surprise additional cost when u picked u dog. So Again THANK YOU MERCY ANIMAL HOSPITAL. more

When my 1 year old cat had a high fever, he sent me to the hospital, where my cat was admitted. This vet drove to the pet hospital to visit my cat while he was there! What vet does that?? Awesome! more

To our Horror we found our cat in the Jaws of two dogs Barely alive. It didn't look good we did an overnight watch and wait and bugar the cat made it through the night. The next Morning we took him to Dr Kama. My daughter suggested Dr Kamal I knew it would be a long shot but at this point I was willing to try I walked in with a very torn up animal most vets would have said he needed to be put down, But Dr Kamal said it is a long shot but if we where able to do the cleaning of the wounds he would try he said the cat might not make it out of surgery so we called every hour to check on him and they where polite and took our calls. The cat made it out of surgery after two hours in surgery and 37 stitches. We took him home and made sure we cleaned the wounds gave him his medicine, on the 24th the cat became weak at 6:00 at night we called the Doctor they took our calls and waited until we got their to give us high protein food we got some food down the cat and he is doing much better the doctor has been very helpful and has saved this animals life. I have been to alot of vets this is the most caring vet I have ever met. Bugar looks like he will make it. more

I was referred to Dr. Kamal by Petco I needed a rabies vaccine in order to get our foster poodle Yoshi groomed. He was stinky, filthy and matted. I got all 4 needed vaccines Dr. Kamal and his staff all were very nice. I think we'll be going to him for now on! more

The first time I went to Mercy Animal Medical Center I was afraid for my cats, I was getting them all ""fixed"". And then I met the wonderful Dr. Kamal; he was very helpful, quirky yet caring. The staff was very reassuring, putting my mind to ease. Their stress wasn't on the procedure but rather the comfort of my mind and my cats. They were considerate in regards to my time constraints and let one of my cats, Mishy, stay the night. Later, many of my cats were afflicted with a strange illness, and me being me, I looked on the web to diagnose it and jumped to the worst conclusion. I brought in a parade of cats and Dr. Kamal and his wonderful staff calmed me down quickly diagnosed the problem and started treatment. Now, considering the myriad of wonderful things they've done for me so far, you're wondering where it ends, but it doesn't. I started bringing my cats back and forth for lime dip treatments (because the problem was mange). These treatments could be costly, especially since I have four cats. At Mercy, true to their name, gave me discounts, which is a godsend, despite how much time and money the procedures cost them. They continue to do this, even to this day. And all while this is happening they remain pleasant, helpful, sympathetic and kind. more

Dr. Kamal introduced himself and gently but efficiently examined Chewiee. I knew right then that I found a good veterinarian. Looking forward to seeing them the next time Chewiee's due for his shots. :) more
