I always love taking my car to McCullough because they trat their customers like family and I know my car is in great hands. Being a 27 yr old female, I'm usually pretty skeptical of mechanics. These guys are super friendly and deliver awesome customer care because they follow up with me regarding any issues they find, give a reasonable cost estimate, and let me know if certain services can wait. I'm definitely going to continue taking my car to them! more

I've been a customer for for many years and I would not do business any place else. Eric and the team work hard to make customer service a priority. I have never left there feeling unhappy about my service issues. They have always resloved my car issues during each visit. I always recommend them, and will never visit the car dealership as long they are in business. more

Honest car mechanics! 9/14/2013

I recently had work done on our vehicles and the other day I noticed that car was shaking when I applied the brakes. So I took the car back up to the shop and the guys gave me new pads and new rotors and no charge! Wow! It would be foolish not to come back in the future for car work!! Thank you! Keith Alverson more
