Regarding the review above. I am not sure why one would sit at a fine dining restaurant's bar and then write a negative review about the restaurant and not discuss the food. In addition, I have been fortunate enough to dine at three restaurants at which Rick Moonen was the chef... Oceana, RM New York, and RM Las Vegas, and as usual, the food is outstanding. I really like the fact that he will only serve sustainable seafood and that of course, he prepares it in such a unique manner. The caviar is great and the least expensive in town. There is a vast selection of oysters. The sommelier has a wonderful palate and is able to complement any meal, either with a pairing or with bottle recommendations. Overall, I love coming here!
