We sat in the wine cellar on the second floor. This is a great way for a group of 4 to dine intimately. The 5-course tasting menu is a great way to experience the variety of the menu, although it is VERY filling. Food was not the best I've had - I'd give it an 8/10. Service however was great - we had a total of 5 people serving us, yet we did not feel like we were swarmed. Since the food is so unique, I appreciate that the server explains what everything is. more

We stopped in after seeing Mama Mia! and were promptly seated without a reservation. Service was good. We had the famous pizza - crust crunchy as advertised, but the tomatoes tasted canned. We also had the cheese raviolis. The pasta was a little chewy (undercooked), but the cheese filling was superb! The overall serving size was appropriate but not stuffing. A nice treat was that with our tickets from Mama Mia! we received a free dessert - just know that you must order an entree to receive this and pizza doesn't qualify as an entree. more

I've visited this place several times, including the bar. I found the bartender personable and polite. Perhaps the individual who did not like the bar was rude. The food was very good, the service wonderful and the ambience was nice. My only complaint was the younger ground (under 25) who were very loud and vulgar. My boyfriend and I decided to have dinner at Fleur de Lys after attending a late show at Mandalay. We went in about an hour before closing and the service warmly greeted us in. The wine selection was very extensive. We decided to do the 3-course meal which was the perfect amount of food and the price was good. Each course presentation was beautiful and had quite the variety on each dish. We loved the food and the service was very prompt. I would definitely recommend Fleur de Lys to anyone who enjoys differentn foods and loves wine!! Pros: Variety in ea entree, service, wine selection more

Nothing in Vegas is cheap any more. That said, if you are looking for good Chinese food, Shanghi Lilly will not dissapoint you. My wife and I dined with our son and his friend before attending a concert at the House of Blues. Arriving without reservations worked out since we reached the resturant alittle after seven. I would reccomend reservations if dining later. For appitizers we enjoyed coconut shrimp and tempura prawns. I enjoyed the coconut shrimp but found the tempura batter too thick. My son found the hot and sour soup tasty. As usual, we ordered too much food for this type of resturant. Serving sizes easily serve two to three people. I ordered the Mongolian Beef. Outstanding. Well prepared, crisp veggies, tender beef with a tasty spicy sauce. My son's beef tenderloin was outstanding. Service was prompt and attentive. Share and the prices are a good value. Regarding the review above. I am not sure why one would sit at a fine dining restaurant's bar and then write a negative review about the restaurant and not discuss the food. In addition, I have been fortunate enough to dine at three restaurants at which Rick Moonen was the chef... Oceana, RM New York, and RM Las Vegas, and as usual, the food is outstanding. I really like the fact that he will only serve sustainable seafood and that of course, he prepares it in such a unique manner. The caviar is great and the least expensive in town. There is a vast selection of oysters. The sommelier has a wonderful palate and is able to complement any meal, either with a pairing or with bottle recommendations. Overall, I love coming here! this ultra exclusive beach area is the best place to have a day with the girls where anythign goes... but if you don't like looking at silicone don't go .... the lounge chairs are wonderful and service is great... $10 for women $40 for men .. the best part is you have to be staying at the hotel to enter..........honestly this pool area was amazing more

I had absolutely no complaints about the Mandalay Bay Resort when I stayed there for my birthday last year. From the point where I dropped off my car at vallet to the check-in desk, everything went very smooth. The girl who checked me in was very present and she got me a room on the 29th floor with a great view looking down the strip. The room was very clean and I love the decors. The casino area has a very high ceiling which I like it very much. The service was great, everyone was nice and helpful. I had a great experience and definately would stay at Mandalay Bay again in the future. more

I used America West Vacations to book my stay at Mandalay Bay. None of the other travel sites have deals for MB. For $400 I flew from Seattle to Vegas (direct) and stayed at MB for 4 days and 3 nights. After getting through a very long line for check in the staff was friendly and when asked for a room upgrade he asked his manager and gave me a ""strip view"" room upgrade for free when I balked at paying for the upgrade. The room was very spacious and nice with a soaking tub and separate shower and toilet room. However, there was no fridge in the room. The main reason I stayed at MB was for the pools. Although crowded it was refreshing and there are several to choose from. Love the lazy river and wave pools! Get there early to reserve yourself a spot! Pros: Nice Rooms, Pools, Service Cons: Buffet more
