Water Heater Installation for Craig Shuman 3/16/2017

Having had the previous opportunity to work with the commercial side of Mallick Plumbing and Heating, I was welcomed the opportunity to work also with your residential team. You clearly did not disappoint. The plumbers who serviced our home were extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and courteous. They took care to protect our home and made sure that they took the time to leave our home in better shape than they found it. . On top of that the price was very reasonable. There is no question that Mallick Plumbing and Heating will be our go-to company for all of our plumbing needs. more

Frank was not only prompt and competent today when he fixed my leaking toilet, he was also kind and generous in explaining the problem and solution. Great plumber 3/6/2017

Frank R at Mallick Plumbing knew how to fix the leak in my old house radiator system. He climbed through a hole in the cinder block wall to get to the leak and fix it. That is above and beyond! more

Excellent work 3/6/2017

The whole experience was positive with Mallick Plumbing. They showed up at the designated time and prior to arrival I received a phone call stating they were on their way. Once they arrived they identified the problem quickly and determined a solution. My work required two visits and again they called me the second day prior to arrival and showed up at the agreed to time. Little things stick out. They showed courtesy by covering their shoes before entering. They covered our carpets to mitigate water damage. Afterwards they vacuumed the area. The two technicians were honest and came up with a good solution. I highly recommend Mallick. more

Repair Visit 12/21/2016

Tyler arrived during the appointed window and did a thorough check of the house since we had had an unusually high water bill. He determined what the problem was and made two additional repairs while he was here. He was very polite, explained what he was doing. We would highly recommend him to others. more

First impressions are the most lasting 11/24/2016

Mallick Plumbing & Heating was hired to replace a back flow device in our home. We were given a 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm timeframe. Frank R. arrived 10 minutes early which was great since other companies provide a timeframe and we're usually the ones who get a call at the end of the timeframe saying they will arrive an hour later. It was a pleasant and welcome surprise. Frank R. was very friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain technical details in a way that was easy to understand. He also asked if we had any questions and he answered them all thoroughly. After a series of final tests, Frank R. left and we were comfortable knowing he provided a high quality service and that all was tested thoroughly. This is the first time we've hired a plumbing services company, and we won't need to look elsewhere when we need additional services. Great first impression of Mallick Plumbing & Heating due to the way Frank R. represents himself and the company. more
