Frank initially responded for my complaint of the well pump re-cycling every three or four minutes. After some brief troubleshooting, he found a leak in the well between the pitman connector and the pipe leading to the house. Frank had to order the parts and instructed me on how to continue to use the well pump without over-taxing the pump during the week-end. This morning he returned with his assistant and they dug down and replaced the faulty part. We were back in business shortly thereafter, and all seems well! I had used Van Sant plumbing in Mt. Airy for thirty plus years until they were recently bought out by BGE. I used BGE once and found them to be expensive and not what I had learned to expect from Van Sant. I had a tub faucet problem some months later and called BGE. I was told they could not find the older faucet replacement part. As a result, I called Mallick for that repair. You sent a representative out w/o charging me for the estimate. He quickly located the part and repaired the faucet after the part arrived. The hot/cold adjuster was replaced and continues to operate perfectly. I called Mallick for this repair as I felt your company was professional, reasonable in pricing, and your technician had found a replacement part that BGE couldn't be bothered to find. Frank and his partner were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use Mallick plumbing for all of my future plumbing or heating needs as I feel you employ trustworthy and loyal employees and display the same small town friendly "customer first" attitude that Van Sant used to provide.
