Frank R did a really good job at my home today. While replacing a leaky pipe Frank found an unexpected problem with the bathtub fixtures. Ordering the needed replacement parts would have taken two weeks but Frank went out of his way to go out and find the parts in order to fix the problem today. Otherwise my shower would have been out of commission for two weeks! Great work. I'm very grateful.
