Frank was not only prompt and competent today when he fixed my leaking toilet, he was also kind and generous in explaining the problem and solution. He went out of his way to help not only me but also my friend who had similar plumbing concerns. Frank gets 100% in my book! I live in a neighborhood of older homes and will happily share his name again and again.
