Have always used Lux for our lamp repairs. Have always done a terrific job and are more than reasonable. I think they even made a lamp for my wife. More than happy with them. Would definately recommend.\r more

Lux was a tremendous help to us during our do-it your self remodel. We took on more than we should have. They came out to our home, measured everything for us and made great suggestions. Really got everything at good price too.( purchased a few discontinued items which saved us $). Extremely customer service oriented outfit and we liked that. more

Had passed this store for years on my way to work. Needed some kitchen work done and told my wife to check it out.Well, after 2 pendants lights, one kitchen island light and under-counter lighting, I'd say we like them. Robert( the electrician) was great to work with too. Really nice people. more

We really don't know what we would have done without Lux when it was time to select the lighting for our new home. We had no idea where to begin! After speaking with one of their associates, he suggested that they come to our home and they could do all the measuring etc for us. They brought samples, books, it was just great. We were more than pleased with our lighting choices. Couldn't have done it without these guys! more

Puchased two outdoor lights this winter but we didn't decide to hang them this weekend.. We opened the box and one of the parts of glass was cracked that we hadn't noticed before. I was a little nervouse calling them back since we purchased the lights months ago but the owner was wonderful. Ordered us a new light and it was no problem at all. They were really great. I can see why they do a great business. more

I think my wife and have hit every lighting store in the Atlanta area. Found some stores to be over priced, poor selection and sales staff that dont know squat.We went to one place where we never saw anyone in the store. We actually found Lux by accident on our way to dinner. Were shocked and wowed by the number of products they have displayed and a staff that actualy knew what size fixture we would need for our room. Got a foyer light at a terrific price.Great store more

Looked for months for the perfect light for our dining area. Everywhere we went we saw the same stuff. Found Lux online, figured we had nothing to lose. Had some decent reviews. What a selection! We found the perfect contemporary piece, they installed it for us and we couldn't be happier. Would we go back? You bet! more

Lux installed our foyer chandelier this week. Robert and his sidekick did a great job. I realize it was a tough job with the staircase and high ceiling. They were in and out in no time. Extremely pleased with the quality and service. more

Just picked up my lamp and I am absolutely thrilled. I had been looking to replace it but couldn't find anything to fit so I just had this one re-done. They repaired some damage put a new shade on it and it looks like new. Can't tell you how happy I am. If you have an old lamp that you can't part with, that needs a face lift.. this is the place! more

We needed a small part for our crystal chandelier and the company we purchased it from was no longer in business. We called around to a few ligting stores but either no one called us back or didn't want to be bothered with us. I called Lux and they were just the opposite.. so willling to help! They contacted the vendor for us to make sure the part was still available and gave us the phone number to work out the details with them. Wow..now that's customer service! This is a busy shop and for them to take the time to help us.. they went above and beyond! You've gained another customer. more
