My husband and I came in for a small lamp part.( My husband loves to tinker). The repair person showed him the part and also took the time to show him how to put it on , along with another piece. Who does that now days? They have truly earned our business. more

Went in for a lamp repair and came out with a floor lamp! Unexpected but VERY happy. The selection was like nothing we had ever seen. Couldn't make up our minds. Most of the stores we are familiar with have a very sad selection. Already told a friend. more

Have never seen so many lamp shades. Very impressive selection, all shapes sizes and prices. My sale person was great.. helped me find the correct size. It's more difficult than it looks. This is definitely the place for shades. more

The owner and the rest of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was trying to purchase a chandelier for the dining room and didn't have a clue where to begin. They spent quite a lot of time we me until I found the perfect one. Outstanding customer service for sure! more

Purchased two beautiful table lamps from Lux recently. It's so hard to find nice lamps. They also have a really nice selection of lamp shades whenever you need some. Those are even harder to find! I found a coupon on line and got the shades at 50% off. more

Finally found a store that has some really nice lamp shades. I swear, they have every shape size and color. They must have thousands of shades We did get the 50% off, which was really nice. I learned something too: Bring your lamp if you have any doubts about the size you need.It'll save you lots of time. more

I see everyone talks about their great selection(which is very well justified) but I have to say their installations are just the best. We have used them twice and each time they have arrived on time, get the job done and clean up before they leave. We have had some nightmares with installations. Not with theses guys. more

There are many light stores in our area but none compare to this one. We are building a new home and it seems like my husband is in there almost every day for something. They have been extremely helpful. Oh and besides the lights, I bought a huge mirror for our foyer. Most lighting stores around don't have other decor stuff but they do. You might want to check them out. more
