Just purchased an IS350 here and it couldn't have been a more pleasant and satisfying transaction. The sales staff, particularly Neil and Brent, are just great. They are totally professional, hands off/non-pressure kind of guys, let you test drive the car on your own, and know pretty much everything you need to know about any of the cars. I purchased from Putnam in the past but I would return to Magnussons first for a purchase transaction. I think it is important to note that the sales folks and finance manager seem to have quite a bit of flexibility on price and financial terms to make the customer happy. What made it even easier was that we managed to come to an agreement on price by email and finally phone before I went to the dealership using Edmunds TMV as my starting point - they even beat that price! Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are considering a Lexus purchase. more

Excellent personalized service. Every single time I drive into magnussen Lexus I feel like their most important customer. This is why we bought our second Lexus instead of going Honda, Acura or Toyota. The After market service is huge to us. Was one of the major factors in our decision to return. more

Lovely. Yvette McAvoy, the Service Consultant, was waiting for me. I was on time for my 12:30 appointment. The young man who drove me home and back after my car was serviced was charming. (Sorry, I didn't get his name. He gave it, I just didn't remember it.) My car was clean, sweet-smelling and quickly returned. Yippee! more
