The people were very professional. I love my windows and sliding patio door. The installers were very friendly and did a great job. They were fast and really good at keeping everything neat and clean. I will have them install the rest of my windows in 2013. Great Company!! more

They stood behind their warranty 9/6/2012

My screens were ripped. I called and was told Larmco would re-screen with no charge. Larmco stood behind their warranty. more

Thanks for a great job 1/3/2011

My husband and I bought an oder home and the windows turned out to be worse than we thought. We got four estimates and bought from Larmco. We really liked the design and energy efficiency of the triple glass windows as well as how nice they looked. We had seven up and down windows that tilt in for cleaning installed. They did everything in just one day, did a great clean up, and the workers were really nice while at our home. The house is quite and much warmer now. They exceeded my expectations all the way around. The salesman was a great guy unlike a few of the others that we had at our home. Thanks Larmco for a great job. more

Happy customer 1/3/2011

Just had eleven windows installed before the end of the year with Larmco. The workers were fantastic. The weather was a bit cold but they worked nonstop. They put down lots of tarps and plastic to keep everything clean and then did a great clean up at the end. The windows look great and I can already feel a difference in how much warmer my home is. I love the looks and how they are easy to operate. I would recommend Larmco to anyone. They delivered on all the promises the salesman made and I'm a happy customer for sure. more

Very pleased 12/5/2010

Larmco just installed my windows this past Friday. I had nine windows installed with a bay window. The crew that did the work was fantastic. They did an exceptional job keeping everything clean while working in my home. As far as the price goes I've had several estimates over the past few weeks. I felt they were worth the money as I didn't want cheap plastic looking windows for my home. Now that the windows are installed I can really say I love the looks of my new windows. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and polite. I would highly recommend Larmco to anyone who needs replacement windows. more

I've had Larmco do work in the past replacing windows and was very pleased with the workmanship and their people. I just had two patio doors replaced and everything went like clock work. Great on the clean up, nice workers, I couldn't praise them enough. My house is now complete so I won't be needing Larmco in the future but I would easily recommend Larmco to anyone. more

I don't understand some of the comments. I had Larmco out to my home for an estimate and choose to go with them. I had talk with Anderson and Marvin windows before Larmco came out. Both were nearly the same price as Larmco but they were offering double pane and Larmco had triple pane. I had no problems with anyone, the installation went great and I was most impressed with the clean up. I bought twelve windows and a patio door. So far no regrets. The windows look great, they work great and no problems. Since I put them in I have found out that a couple of other people on my street have Larmco windows and they were pleased as well. more

NEVER use Larmco! 11/10/2010

I had been shopping for window for a few months getting estimates from Lowes, USA Windows and then Larmco. I must say that Larmco was without a doubt the most outragous home visit I have ever had. I also was told that the visit would be about 2 hours. The guy was there 3 fricken hours! And the asinine questions! Really? Do I look like I am 4 yrs old? When his window cost started at $22,000.00 ( for 11 windows) for the e-coating, ergon gas double pane windows. When he say me laugh at the obsured number, he said that because he "LIKES ME", he will allow me to use the "already expired" coupon and cut the price to $11,000.00. LOL!! When he finally realized that I was not going to pay that kind of money, he got visibly pissed off and told me that if I could not afford Larmco windows and I could not afford any windows. That I would NOT find the same type of windows for any less. I told him that I already had an estimate for the EXACT window for less than half of his cheapest price more

horrible company, shady business 6/28/2010

I wish they had a 0 star rating, because that is what I would give this company. \r We were looking to get a price on replacement windows for our home, and Larmco was the first we talked to. I requested to schedule an in-home appointment to online and was called later that day. Missed the call and called back and talked to a very rude lady that told me that my husband had to be home because that is their company policy and they don't want us to waste "their" time, making me feel like a "woman" couldn't make a decision like that alone. I politely said I understand and scheduled it so both of us would be home, which is not easy with a 1 yr old. She also told me that the appointment would be 60-90 minutes, which was not true. The guy was here for 2 hours, giving his sales pitch for the most expensive windows imaginable. I am sure that windows are of great quality, but no one in their right mind would pay that much for windows in this economy. We politely told that man that we were not inte more

Great job Larmco 4/10/2010

Last week Larmco installed 9 windows and a patio door for me. The work was neat and clean and the crew finished in one day The windows look absolutely beautiful and the patio door slides very smooth. My house is so quite now it's great to not hear all the cars as they go down the road. That might be the triple pane glass I choose working in a way that I didn't even consider. The price was a bit more than some quotes that I received but I think the windows are well worth it as the installation was totally professional and the house looks so much better now. I can really say that they did a great job for me. more

Great Job!!! The windows by far are the best in the market. The installers did a fine job and cleaned up. I looked at several companies including Champion, Window Nation and a few more.\r Went with Larmco- best warranty triple pane and over 50yrs in business. Thanks for a great job. more

Larmco Windows did a great job for me 7/23/2009

Recently had 10 windows installed. I went with the triple pane. The installers were great their work was very neat and the caulking looks like a pin strip. Everything went well and I love the look and how they operate. I am very well pleased with the entire purchase. more

Surprised "Not in a Good Way" 2/18/2009

I have been looking to replace the windows in my home for over a year. We have done what everyone said do you know get 3 estimates and all the blah blah. LARMCO was the second company to come into our home, we live in a older very well kept area west of Cleveland. We have 22 windows in the home and 2 doors. When the representative from LARMCO came to the home we were looking for a well informed helpful person. We did not care if he was in the home for a few minutes or a few hours we were willing to hear and see the information that he needed to give us in order for us to be able to compare to make a decision. What we got was a guy who was looking for us to say yes and nothing else mattered. As with most companies he provided a very steep initial price and then began dropping the price for alot of reasons. We explained to him many times we expect quality and are willing to pay a fair price for quality service and product that we were not making a decision that night. The project started more

I can't speak about their products but can on service 11/16/2005

We had an experience with a Larmco representative that sure soured any possible relationship with that company. It wasn't just the representative but the company backed him up as well and they were clearly wrong. They had offered a promotion and backed out of it when the gentleman arrived. It's bad enough the employee did this but when the main office went along with it, we dropped them like a hot potato. more

Very shady business practice 9/4/2005

We were thinking bout going with Larmco Windows to purchase windows on our house. We saw the ad on TV for the free $25 BP Gas card for an estimate and scheduled a visit. Nothing was stated at the time about the length of the visit or who had to be here besides the homeowner. The sales person showed up late, and after that, he said BOTH my husband and I have to be subjected to a 90 minute sales estimate. There was no way as I had 3 dogs in the bedroom with me and I would have had to lock them up. The guy left and said too bad you won't get your gas card now. Needless to say, we won't be using their company for our windows purchase. more
