I wish they had a 0 star rating, because that is what I would give this company. \r We were looking to get a price on replacement windows for our home, and Larmco was the first we talked to. I requested to schedule an in-home appointment to online and was called later that day. Missed the call and called back and talked to a very rude lady that told me that my husband had to be home because that is their company policy and they don't want us to waste "their" time, making me feel like a "woman" couldn't make a decision like that alone. I politely said I understand and scheduled it so both of us would be home, which is not easy with a 1 yr old. She also told me that the appointment would be 60-90 minutes, which was not true. The guy was here for 2 hours, giving his sales pitch for the most expensive windows imaginable. I am sure that windows are of great quality, but no one in their right mind would pay that much for windows in this economy. We politely told that man that we were not inte
